Never heard of banana tea, what do you use it for ( N, P, or K)? and whats the results?

when I was doing batches of it it's be something like this:

  • tonnes of organic banana peels tossed into same bin for weeks, till they where brown and rotten
  • brought to a stinking boil and then simmered for about an hour
  • sometimes I would throw other shit in there I would collect at the beach like kelp, sea weed, bivalve shells
when i was done it was a very concentrated liquid of aprox 3L. I would just take a cup(?) of it for every 4 liters of water. Add epsom, add a couple tbsp of organic black strap molasses. Boom. Worked great.

It varies from plant to plant. If u are growing only one strain, then start with low doses. Gradually increase dosage until u notice the juice clearly helping improve the plant's production.

Tried banana tea on one grow, many years ago. To time consuming, messy, and not cost efficient. There are better sources of K (potassium)

Good Luck
