Balls or swollen calyxes?

i cant tell what this growth is. is it balls or swollen calyxses? I'm about 3 days from cutting her down anyway, and as far as i could tell, that was the only part of the plant that had growth like that. \

so what is it? these are feminized seeds, but my lighting schedule has been a little wacky lately.

you can see what i'm taking about when you look at the left side of the base of the stem. its a big lump of something...

lol they sure swollen. They kinda look like testicles. its a male.

It isnt a male, it may be a hermie. If it was a male you'd have balls and pollen in the second week of flowering. The OP stated he was a few days from chopping, which indicates the final week of flowering.

It could be bade genes, I've got a strain that I took a few clones from that should never have been a mother right now and they are all just goofy, weird, but useful for honey oil so why not let them run their course. Its just not something you'd want to smoke. If some of the "swollen sacs" are crunchy after they are dried and have a little seed in them, then it was for sure a hermie. Otherwise, just swollen resin sacs.

Whatever "it" is, it's ugly.

From what I can see in the pic, it looks like it's herming right out on you. How long has it been flowering? Is it the Haze from your sig?

ehhh no worries. i think i just messed up with the lighting situation a little too much. one day the power went out and it threw off the lighting schedule. only a few bud sites have these balls though.

im cutting as we speak. i dont have to worry about the sacs pollenating itself right? Just make sure I dont smoke them?

If you are cutting the plants down now, the plants can not cause your other plants any harm at this point. Its harvest time.

on a different note i did smoke that piece a few days ago, and it was really an enoyable high, especially for a popcorn bud site. only lasted an hour and a half or so, but left me very relaxed after, which is alright with me.
