Ballast simple question !!!

can i run a 400w HPS with a 430w Ballast..
please help :wall:

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think they make a 430w ballast. the 430w bulbs are designed to run off a 400w ballast... Is the ballast that you have a MH?? If so then you need a conversion bulb to run the hps..

thanks for the reply and yes they make 430w ballast
mine is 430w 24-0 volts and its for HPS
the thing is i have 3 x 400w HPS lamp
