it depends on the product. if its peat moss for gardening it should be good out of the bag. just mix it with the lime and perlite and you should be good to go.

the nutrients should come with instructions. i would start with a half strength feed about 7-10 days after the seeds have sprouted.

Cool.

So what to do:

1-germinate the seeds.

2-plant it in the pot and water the soil around the seeds wait for it to sprout.

3-wait 7-10 days and then apply the hydroponics.

4-water it and apply hydroponics twice a week or when needed (yellow leaves)

5-keep on repeating till it flower and then harvest.

Am i missing anything?

Currently waiting for the seeds to germinate.

Weather:
-24c high 10c low in nov.
-21c high 7c low in dec.
-20c high 7c low in jan.

Are those weathers are fine?

Sorry wrong weather report they will be anything between 25c high 18c low.

Again:
1-germinate the seeds.
2-plant them in small pots of peatmoss and perlite.
3-cover the pots with plastic wrap for humidity, apply light 18/6hrs a day and wait for em to sprout and then remove the wraps.
4-after one week from sprouting, gonna use 200w 6500k led lights 18/6hrs a day.
5-keep the small pots wet by misting the surface lightly and use hydroponics A+B after 10 days from sprouting.
6-when they grow 3 sets of leafs, transplant them outdoor in bigger pots of perlite and peatmoss.
7-water them regularly and use hydroponics A+B when needed and always monitor the ph levels of water and soil.

When i plant the germinated seeds in the small pots of peatmoss and perlite and wait for the seeds to sprout, should they be dry and only mist the surface of the pot or water the whole pot? Does the same apply for the seedlings?

looks like you have a good plan.

when you initially plant the seeds you want the potting mix to be thoroughly damp. not soaking wet but NOT DRY either. then you will not water again until you transplant, only mist.

I have autofem (northern light) and i ll use my balcony.

As for transplanting, some says:
1-it will grow normal if you make one transfer.
2-autos should be planted in their final pots directly.
3-you can transplant them without any damage.

I am a little bit confused!
I will go for outdoor and i am afraid that they don't get enough light (as small pots takes small space and i can use artificial light indoor effectively) for the first stages of their life (sprouting and growing their 1st sets of leaves), and also the open air and wind might make damage to the fragile seedlings.

Should i plant the autos indoor and wait for them to grow their first set of leaves (2-3 weeks) and transplant them?
Or transplant them after they sprout by 1 week?

you want to minimize stress with autos. So, yes it is best to start them either in the final container or transplant them once. not more than once.

you can start them inside. and then just move them outside for a few hours per day until they get used to the intensity of the sun.

Iam going to use party cups indoor for their 1st stage, when should i transfare them to the bigger pots? When they grow their 1st three leaves and reach the edge of the cup? Or before/after that?

yes, once the leaves are hanging over the edges of the cup and you see roots coming out the holes you made in the bottom.

but, if you're going to start in party cups of potting mix you might as well just start in your final container.

I planted them in very small pots (slightly bigger than party cups) caus i couldn't find party cups in my area! Lol.

Now i am waiting for the seeds to sprout.

I have one last question:
You told that i can use 27w 6500k light in the 1st week and then switch to 200w 6500k light for the 2nd and 3rd week before transplanting them in bigger pots outdoor, and i am growing autos that should be repoted no more than one time and early.

If i am going to transfer em after the leaves reach the edge of the small pots, which according to your info they reach this growth after 2-3 weeks, Should i use the 200w 6500k light after one week of sprouting and wait for the leaves to reach the edges before transplanting?

Or should i move them after they sprout by 7-10 days while using the 27w 6500k light, even without the leaves reach the edges?

two weeks would be good for a small starter pot. the biggest thing with autos is not stressing out the plants. since you have only a limited time with autos you want them to be healthy at all times, which means ideally you don't want any shock from transplanting, or changing light source. i would recommend you start them under your 27w light for about 10 days. then do your careful transplant. then keep them under the 200w (from far away) and start putting them outside under the sun for 2 hours a day, slowly working up more and more until you leave them out in the sun all day. or just grow flower with the 200w.

i think ideally with autos you'd just put the seed in the biggest pot and put it on your balcony and thats it. the less you touch autos the better.

I will be using 2 lamps 100w 6500k each in 2 different desk lamp shades.

Can i transplant em in bigger pots in the balcony after 10 days from sprouting and using the 27w for the the 1st 10 days?

Or its better to transplant them in bigger pots after 10 days but keep em indoor for another 2 weeks or 20 days under 2 separate 100w lamps at each side of the pots and then place em outdoor?

My balcony doesn't get enough sun light (iam ok with minimal yields, if i get 300g of buds from the 4-5 plants i will be happy) and the weather is good and warm at this time.

you can start to move them outdoor right away, just only put them outdoor for a couple hours a day at first. they need to adjust to the UV rays of the sun. if you put a seedling out into 12 hours of sunshine they will die.

so, after 10 days, move them out onto the balcony for 2 hours per day for a few days, than 4 hours per day, then 8 hours per day after a week or so you can just leave them out there.

transplant them whenever they are ready, usually when fan leaves hang over the edges and roots are seen at the holes of the bottom of the container.
