Bagseed grow 2 - Ghetto rubbermaid

Ok so I've started my second grow. In a rubbermaid in the closet. Its all bagseed cause I dont have the money at the moment to buy some northern lights seeds :/. After my first successful attempt in the winter, might as well do it again; but instead of just one I'm growing 3 indoors in the rubbermaid and I planted a seed in a plastic cup that will be tranfered outside. Im curious to see how well itll grow on its own out there.

Lights are all gonna be cfl's again like last time. Was trying to find 42 watt lights but couldn't, so I have the 23 watt cfl's like last time and a 32 watt, which ill probably buy another one of in the near future. So far only have 3 cfl's set up for the seedling since they dont need as much light right now, then when the time comes, Ill switch around my lighting set ups and add more lights. Haven't thought of names yet though.. so Ill get to it. Im also welcome to any name ideas since I can't really think at the moment.

I had the seed on a 24/0 up until last night, then switched it over to 18/6 which Ill keep it at till flower

Seeds popped out of the soil 2 days ago on the 12th and took the pictures yesterday

for your comment on my pain job u get one too u could put pop-can minihoods on cfls cut a pop can in half hotdog style cut to fit light attatch with mini clamps duct tape whateva

lol... nice. thanks pastures. I actually switched it a little from an idea I had from some other grows and set ups I've seen on here before.. Ill have to get the pictures up tomorrow for that. But Im going to try and get an emergency blanket soon and set that up

well here are the babies after a week in. The last one had nute burns after I checked it one day. I may have over watered a slight bit the one day but this burn didnt appear till a day or two after my watering. And the one plant just has a first pair of retarded looking leaves but the new growth 3 fingered leaves look nice, idk what's up with it but theyre all doing really well.

The last picture Im gonna name lilly for lilly lowrider cause its a really really short plant and its bagseed so I have no idea what it is.. could be lowrider. party cup is just that and will go outside soon so no use in naming it. And I dont know names for the other 2 yet, haha but it'll come to me eventually.

Also as I said in my other grow. I planted a seed last month in my backyard and its looking alright just by itself. and just planted another in a separate patch with more sun light today so Ill keep everyone updated on those later on as they grow

Congrats on the grow. Be safe and have fun. Maybe if you get rid of a couple of g's you can pick up fem seeds and learn how to take good clones so you wont waste time on the males. Or even worse herms that pollenate your girls and turn them super seedy. ALSO check craigslist for deals.

thanks. and yeah i really wanna take a clone if I can, need to learn how to first though. My first grow was a beauty and wish I had cloned her but I didnt have the time to and she was basically gone by the time I thought of it :/. what deals on craiglist you talking about? like hps or cfl lights and all?

here's the new light set up that i fixed around like monday or so. attached the powerstrips to the wood with screws and just plugging the light bulbs in there. got this idea else where but it seems like itll work really well... so far I only have a 32 watter on the left and 2 23 watters on the left but Ill add more as time goes on.. but I wanna try and find some 42 watt bulbs to switch out in there... get better penetration with less lights

what color are lights?

soft whit crisp white daylight?

so far theyre daylight 6500k... then ill add some soft white 2700k closer to flowering and during flowering

but here's a quick update. I was just gonna do pictures once a week but theyre growing nicely and I wanna share.. haha.. Finally came up with names too. Lilly, Kristy and Julie. This is only day 11... not even a full 2 weeks in and Im pretty happy how theyre growing so far.. aside from the minor nute burn on a leaf or two

ok...... well I got some bad news. my mom started snooping around and found my grow and ripped the plants right out of the soil... so R.I.P. plants... damn, they were coming along so nicely too

now im sad how old are u growing at parents house without them knowing

haha well i grew another plant just fine without her knowing but she's been snooping around in the most bizarre places for no reasons lately. and im a junior in college home for the summer
