Baddass ballast

I have been reading about these baddass ballasts made by advanced nutrienets but i read a lot of complaints about AV... I was curious on any thoughts about this ballast or if anybody is using one what they thought of it. I am about to buy a 600 watt ballast and cant make my mind up on which i should get...

I have a 5ft x 4ft area and thought id try to get 9 in there.

I was wanting to get 9 to 12 under two 600 watt hps. I was thinking of getting two super sun 6in ac relfectors and setting them up side by side. I was also thinking about running 2 cool tubes to save room. What would yall suggest on that too? and inline or side by side? any advice appreciated.

Well i have decided on the Melon head hood and baddass ballast.
