Bad Weather.

Mine grew taller than I expected here in BC, Canada. I had to rip the plastic down and build a small wooden frame about 30" wider than the original frame so I could take off the pvc tubes and add extensions on each side. The tent is now about 13' tall with some of the cola's almost touching it. It's keeping them nice and dry though but our temps have been getting close to 0 celsius or almost 30 degree fahrenheit at night. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the second half of October warms up a bit. When the sunshine hits that greenhouse it's nice and toasty at cola height. I also added a bag of manure around the base of each plant and threw some leftover alfalfa straw on top to keep the roots a bit warmer.View attachment 4209955
That's Mendo of the North kind of nuts! I'm guessing that the juicy fruit is on the left and big bud is on the right? Did these end up finishing for you? I have a good strong BCSK Juicy Fruit, but I have a cut of her under simulated declining photoperiod for the fall at 50.5 North and she just failed the ability to initiate flower with enough time to really finish for me. Super strong and cold resistant plant, so I'm a little disappointed.
