Hey guys, just harvested my first grow just a little bit ago. Used miracle gro soil, nutes, and cfl lighting. Ended up getting about 2 ounces off of two plants and some pretty damn good smoke...except for one thing. The shit leaves a black ash when smoked! Still tastes pretty good though...Assuming it could be much better. I know for sure I flushed each of them plants. However...this IS my first grow so I'm concerned I may have done it wrong. They were both in about 3.5 gal of soil. I put about 10 gal total (per plant of course) throughout the 10 days leading up to harvest, with the last watering 3 days before. Did I not flush enough? Can you spread the watering out like that? Also, could the black ash be from something else? Like maybe the buds aren't COMPLETELY cured? Any advice or information would be much appreciated...Added some final product pics for your pleasure
