The MG burnt my clones . I will use fox farms or coco never MG again.

You don't have to know how to grow weed to work in the cannabis industry. All it takes is one person that knows how to grow with decent management skills that can delegate specific tasks. Growing weed isn't rocket science. As long as the person performs the task that they're given they don't need to know the entire process. It's like any industry. People working for Boeing making airplanes could be a basic machinist that makes one part. They don't need to know what the part is for, how it is used in the plane, or anything else. They just need to make that part. Commercial cannabis grows are the same way.

Expecting everyone that has a job in the cannabis industry to be an expert grower is like expecting the guy on any assembly line in auto factory to know how to make the entire car and understand how everything on the automobile works.
