Growing again after a decade. Thought i would get going again, mainly for a family member with pain. Previously used HPS so I went with what was familiar.
The Basics:
I bought an 80x80x160cm growroom
600W HPS Cultiv8 Dimmable ballast
600W HPS Lamp
600W Veg Light (Not even sure if this even required anymore, i used to have to switch lights for photoperiod)
Wilma 4 pot 75x75cm drip feed system
150W aquarium pump
Environment: Back garage during winter
3 x fans, carbon filter
A + B nutrients at this stage
Using seasol with water for spraying daily during veg
PH 5.3 - 5.5 ( oddly i had alot of weird deformatives at 5.8 to 6.0 and wasted a few seeds.. 5.3 to 5.5 seems to work for for me but i get some funny looks when i mention those numbers with others
I am several weeks currently into the grow... it took a few weeks to understand it all again.. and a few mistakes and wasted seeds. It was initially going to be old school White Widow... but these ending up being the time that I 'think' I may have got things right... I was at the point of using the freebie extras... here goes:
1: Dark Purple Auto femnized (Deliscious seeds, freebie).
2: Fruit Punch Auto feminized (Heavy Seeds, freebie)
3: Brainstorm feminized (Dutch Passion)
4: Atomic Bomb feminized (Dutch Passion)
I started them all at 250W, went to 400W after a couple of weeks and they are now all at 600W
Dark Purple bottom right - transition to flowering
Fruit Punch top right - transition to flowering
Brainstorm (or Atomic Bomb)? top left - Veging
Atomic Bomb (or Brainstorm)? bottopm left - Veging
Lights will be 12/12 in about a week. Currently at 20/4
