So I have azamax that been stored and diluted in water in one of those spray bottles the you get at hydro stores that enables you to turn the nozzle and spray under the leaves perfectly. So the azamax is mixed in a foliar feed dilution measurement in the spray bottle, its been in there for well over 2 maybe even 3 years when I had a slight trip problem which it eradicated, that and a few soil drenches smoked those fuckers. Anyways I was wondering if the spray bottle with azamax mixed in it would be still good to use even though it been sitting in spray bottle for a few years? My buddy thinks he has thrips and I was going to let him use it since its filled to the brim in the spray bottle and refill and mix with azamx after he uses it all. Figured since the spray bottle its properly mixed with azamax and filled to top might as well not waste give it a shake and start spraying.

No shit, I never knew it was neem based, I always figured it was somewhat safe, though those times I sprayed I still used a respirator mask because I'm hypochondriac. Lol. Azamx worked for me years ago with thrips. Literally a few foliar feeds and soil drenches and poof... they were gone. I caught them young. It's one of the reasons I stopped buying premixed soils, I think I got them from those. Like a bag or 2 of bad batches had larvae in them. Ever since doing my own mix myself never had any type of pest again, knock on wood.

So my wife did a stint in pharmacy school. She talked alot about shelf life of meds in general which I honestly only half listened. But what I did gather from half listening was that when stuff passes its shelf life there is a chemical breakdown that occurs and different chemicals are created.

My point is I wouldn't trust it. Just mix a new batch.

on page 8 of the instruction booklet that came with my Azamax it says...

"Prepare only the volume needed for the intended application, and use the spray mixture within 24 hours of preparation. "

Since it was printed in "bold", guess it could be important ;)
