Awkward closet space - could it work?

I've been researching growing methods and thinking about starting my first grow for awhile. My current plan is to do a small closet grow with a relatively low budget but not dirt cheap. I've decided on Chiesel by Big Buddha seeds.

Closet: 7.5 ft. by 4 ft. hitting the top rack/shelf at at around 5 ft. (exactly 62 inches). In that dip, there are two wooden midshelves right above the 30 inch mark.

Floor space/corners:

The two racks + topshelf/rack:

Closet has two old sliding doors with light leaks that I plan on light-proofing with duct tape and mylar/poly. I'm going to be attempting a full LED grow with what I've semi decided on as a Kessil H350, not sure if I should go with magenta or deep purple but I definitely want to do an LED grow whatever light I decide on due to environment/cost factors. Planning on using fox soil in a smart pot with plastic covering the carpet.

Main question is, given the fact I've chosen a non-panel hanging light with a more concentrated beam, is this space viable or will I have to remove the 2 (30" long by 11" wide) shelves that could potentially block light? Not sure if I should've put this in the general indoor growing forum but I felt it was LED specific, feel free to move it. I'd appreciate as much feedback as possible :)

the kessil h350 is a great supplemental light imo (thats how I use mine...), only I dunno about it on its own... personally I would most likely remove the shelves. Start your grow with the Kessil but I would get another light comes flower time ( I use FERO for mainlight source, there are many brand to choose from out there but fero is coming out with the af-150 late August and it looks like it will rock. Cheers buddy good luck with your new hobby

You could try buying a 4x2x5 tent and fitting it into that space, if you need to trim it down slightly you can easily cut the poles to size (i cut about 1 inch off the depth of mine to fit my wardrobe perfectly)
