average time to harvest a plant

Size doesn't matter, when it comes to these ladies. Maturation is when the farmer gets all itchy and flush, then decides to go on a herbivorous rampage. Then, with lettuce in his/her teeth finds a sharp object and gets brutal with the living weeds. Really a Cannabis plant is mature when the trichome head is cloudy (apposed to being clear). C. sativa takes over 100 days C. indica takes around 60 days. however, do to mans intervention in breeding cannabis, there are all sorts of variations in time. Other factors are at play too. For example: temperature can affect maturation time. hope this helps. Actually, do you know what I have found to help immensely? reading the stickies atop each section of interest in this here forum.

most seeds are hybrids on top of hybrids so they all run similar. Theyll usually need 2 weeks to a month to veg if you want a medium sized plant that will harvest 2-4 oz in about 50-60 days after flowering starts.

More indica will be on the longer side of veg but a shorter flower time, while more sativa will need less veg but more flowering time.

Got any strains in mind?

guess I have to explain myself better. What I want to know is how long it takes to trim a plant at harvest time. average time.

OOOOOOOH damn should have definitely specified haha

Well if its leafy and sativa dom then probably a qp an hour by yourself.

If its more indica probably a qp every 45 minutes

We actually just got a spin pro trimmer to help cut down the times since our amount was increasin.

Just make sure you get comfy because crouches over a desk or table is the least comfortable

get a tray or container and trim on a couch over that. Your back will thank you haha

I only grow full or heavy dominate indicas most of the time, average flowering time(IF YOU COUNT FLOWERING DAYS FROM SIGNS OF FIRST WHITE PISTILS AND NOT THE 12/12 SWITCH) is 55 days for mostly cloudy trichomes. The difference between full sativas and dominate sativas are too great to give a good average but 80 days minimum(from signs of first white pistils).

EDIT-lol ya u really need to be more specific.

Anywhere from 1 hour to 4. Depending on people, leaf to bud ratio ect. I trim most fans in the flower room a day before harvest. I then give a good trim at harvest. I harvest top colas only, I do bottom half of plant a few days later. You should not need to do a third trim if you do a good trim at harvest. But if harvesting is overwhelming you just put em in a dry room and continue trimming later on.
