Autogrow Questions

The last three plants I have tried to grow turned out to be male. Due to space, I can only grow 1 or 2 plants at a time, so this has to stop. I just bought some feminized Lowryder #2 autoflowering seeds, so I don't have to worry with that anymore.

Two questions:

1. I usually use a 6500K bulb for the veg and a 2700K for the flowering. With the autoflower, do I need to switch bulbs at anytime or can I just leave the 6500K in until it's done?

2. As I understand it, I leave the lights on an 18/6 rotation for duration of the plant's life, but I have read where others say 20/4, or even 24/0. What's the right way to go here or is it all personal preference?

Growing them 18/6 for their whole life will be fine. As you said, growing 20/4 or 24/0 is personal preference and different people will give you different opinions.

About the spectrum, you can use 6500k for the first 20 days or so when the plant will show sex and then switch to the 2700k for flowering.
