Autoflowers worth growing?

in my opinion it is worth it, i always try to grow with auto flowering strains when i can. as far as potency and yeildage it really depends on the strain, but in my experence autoflowering strains would give me just as much yeildage as compared to a traditional strain. i acually have a lowrider auto flowring strain in the crop as we speak.

Thanks man... May I ask what strain your growing right now, and wich is your favorite?... I seen they bred AK47 in an auto flower.

I bought some autos to give me some quick smoke in my lil veg box 2x2x3, im dam glad I did. They grow up so fast its awsome an there size stays inside the box. The yield isnt huge , but just thinking of growin a just a top of a plant.
I got an automaria an red dwarf fems going now. The dwarf is in the 7th week an smells dam good, i tried a sample an its dam good, but i quick dried so the taste was off. Shes only about 8in tall, an bout 8in wide (to small a pot prolly) but should yield about a 1/2.
The Maria is almost 4 weeks an twice as tall as the dwarf, im betting she ll yield alot more (2 gal pot this time).
I just wish i bought the reg seeds stead of the fems cause I want to make some seeds.

Autos will flower oudoors right now can your blueberrys do that?
Can you harvest your bluebery in 60 days?
We all know reg seeds yield more thats not the point of growing them.
Autos may be week yeild , but sometimes its made up for in its speed, the ability to flower in any light, there stealthy an so dam CUTE.

Nice...But I really dont wanna turn this into a pissing match. I guess I didn't really mean yield per say. Of course with such a short grow period your not gonna get the same yield as a plant growing for 3+ months. I guess I shoulda stated it as a comparison of an auto vs reg in a 12/12 grow.

I keep thinking that autos have a HUGE future in the weed world. An every on overlooks em cause of there yield.
You could harvest every 2 months so you could do your selelective breeding at least twice as fast.
Since they progress geneticly much faster, you could make em bigger an more potent alot easier?
If i was a breeder I would be playing with em.

Autos are great. The last non-auto I grew was nightshade which I let go for 5 months compared to autoflowers which are done in 12 weeks. You won't often get great yield results, but autos are just as potent as normal plants. I would stay away from Roadrunner (low yield, but a nice sweet smell) but I have been happy with diesel ryders and auto lemon skunk plants. Both are very good yielders for autoflowers and I have no complaints.

I will tell you I have rainforest 400w light/growing ak47xlowrider#2 /3 plants produced 9oz.I used master a,b from humbolds.I was a little concerned about potency.Not a concern.Outstanding.If grown correctly this plant will blow you away.AAA+++.For me the potency is excellent.

They are worth it... but do not order the Nirvana Short riders. I did... 20 of them.... and none of them sexed before my reg's did...
Get a stable strain. Nirvanas are not.

Truer words were never written. I ordered the Nirvana Short Ryders, and all of them not only hemied on me but none were auto flowering. Easy Ryder is delightful and right now i've got a diesel ryder, flower power and afghan kush ryder, all 3 weeks old. So far, so good!
My take......Whatever make you happy is worth doing.
Now Im an old fart and to me autos are a bastard strain......I know....Please just lets let this one slide.
I can grow a Ko kush 12/12 from seed to a hight of approx 18 inches.....DEPENDING on how/if i train her and How/if I lst her.
So It takes around 3 weeks before she will start to flower, then 7 more weeks for a total of 10 weeks=70 days
Autos come in around 10 days sooner but yield compared to a 12/12 grow is lower.[Clones are about the same]
I can get about 40 Approx grams but the average runs around 27 or so a plant my way.....and its not franken weed
Just my 2 dinars. But Im under the impression autos cant be cloned and being a cheap fucker thats not up my ally.
Now IF......I ever did do an auto I would be intrested in a white russian , and they clain they have some that will winter over.
If true than a wild patch of autos that keep reseeding themselfs and winter over to just keep spreading is a dream come true
I just always figured it was to good to be true and weeding the males would be a job
Maybe i will learn some things i do not know in this thread

Dude that road runner was a joke, it was just a crap load of single cylax's every where. Mabey harvested an 1/8th if that. No wonder they call it road runner, cause when you bust a bag out of this with your buddies your gonna have to hit the road before they kick your ass. on the reals it has a very nice taste and decent high though.
