Autoflowers using a regular light schedule.

Has anyone grown autos using a normal light cycle? I am using 20 hours for autos then I am putting them in at 12
hours after they start flowering. I have done this a few times. The plants seem to grow the same and look less stressed.

No I wouldn't, you are sacrificing yield to go with a normal 12/12 photoperiod flower schedule. But it's your grow, if it makes you feel more comfortable go for it! Good luck!

I was wondering myself if i should move my auto to 12/12 out of its 24/7. seemd to get my answer pretty quick. thanks guys

I have two sets of autos going right now. The first is a group of 4 different strains and under a SF2000 LED light, and they are under 18/6 light schedule now. The other is a pair of autos under a blurple and they are running on 24/0 light schedule.

The group under the SF2000 didn't like the 24/0 light so they got moved to 18/6. If there was an external dimmer I would have just dimmed the light. The last auto run I had I vegged under the blurple for 24/0 and they turned out amazing.

Like everything else with growing it's all variable and going to depend on the lights, and strains, etc.
