Autoflowers on the balcony?

I have several indoor tents set up as I cant grow traditional strains outdoors here, i have these extra OG Kush clones sitting on my balcony waiting for a friend to pick them up and got me thinking about the possibility of some autos trained to stay below the railing with some screening blocking the holes. however ive heard mixed reports on quality of autos. so the question is do i order some auto seeds (420 sale going on right now) and add a few balcony plants or just stick to indoors and dont bother?

Autos were actually developed as a small plant that can hide...and also to make use of whatever light energy they can get but will perform at a smaller scale with only outside lighting. Any extra will do a little extra.
Auto potency has mostly caught up with photo quality...imo...and now mostly up to the growers methods of grow and harvest.

if its lit up most of the day for the entire duration of the plants life they will do fine. try to have the plants ready for when theres the most daylight hours in your season.
there are many other factors to consider
security. pests, odour etc.

why not, nothing to lose......just don't bring them into your grow room.

If you live in the north, auto are the best for outdoor crops, as photos take until October/November to finish.....if you have long summers/autumns then photos are better

here is my last years indoor sunshine grow with autos

Start them under a cfl bulb about an inch away from the seedlings. Let the grow for 1st 2 weeks under thst for a 18/6 then put them outside but harden them off.

You have finite time in veg so it needs to be as efficient as possible.
