Autoflowering Frisian Dew won't trigger flower, just keeps vegging

In late April I germinated two seeds from the autoflowering Frisian Dew strain. One of them is now very close to completing the cycle:

The other one, however, seems to have completely stalled. It seemed to just keep growing and growing and only ever had a few pre-flowers (I currently see none, though).

It seems like it grew too close to the LED light above it, so some of the leaves got a bit damagedIMG_20201007_224509.jpg

I have since moved the lights higher, and the leaf burning seems to have stopped. No signs of flowers, though. Any idea on what might me going on? One thing I have noticed for some weeks now is that even the healthy leaves are very light green, much lighter than my other plants. I have no idea what seems to be the issue, because the plant was always growing under the same conditions, using the same soil and the same techniques as the other plant from the same strain that is flowering just fine.

I think you have bigger issues than the plant thats not flowering.
Could you elaborate a bit? Is that a hermie flower? I do think this plant is very close to harvest, it's been flowering for maybe 10 weeks or so (it's supposedly a strain meant for outdoor that takes longer indoor), but I still see a bunch of white pistils. Should I hurry up on harvesting it?

It's not an auto.

What's your light schedule?
Well, it comes from a reputable seed bank in the Netherlands. The seed was in the exact same package as the other plant that is flowering just fine. Is there any chance that this specific seed got a genetic mutation that got rid of the Ruderalis autoflowering trait?

These plants are in my vegging chamber, 18/6. As I said, they were sold as Autos, and one of them is flowering just fine. I do have a Flowering chamber on 12/12 with some photoperiod plants. I should probably move the plant over there, then? I just thought it was better to always leave autos receiving the maximum ammount of light

That looks like bud rot to me. Can you take a straight on picture of what I circled please.

Also you can move the one in question for flowering to the 12/12 tent. If nothing happens its just a slow flowering auto. If it triggers flowering you will know it was a mix up.

If it doesn't begin to flower just put it back into the 18/6 tent.

OK, here are a couple pics from the spot you circled. Should I be worried? It's actually been unusually dry around here the last couple of weeks
