what are the problems judging by the pictures of these auto flowers from dope seeds.
here's the stats:
lava rock and course vermiculite soil less medium
growing under a growtek cfl t5 24"dual tube(x2) 6000k
ph is on the high side,(kentwood water)the ph meter is late
just started adv nutes sensi 2+ yesterday

the ones on the left are a week old mi5 from dopebeans and the other older ones(2 weeks) are a mix of short stuff and onyx from same place.

here's my philosophy, besides the fact that the ph has just been adjusted and adv nutes just begun at probably less than 1/3 strenght,I think that in the auto rudalis nutes must be applied alot quicker than regular strains, but I'm no pro.
So let me here what u think are a few problems and how you correct this.

Think you may have hit the nail on the head, another thing you could check into is how dry are these babies getting between waterings.... Last week had some sprouts do similar things but worse, the damage/yellow on the leaves progressed pretty fast because i let them dry out a little too much... just giving some food for thought.....Who Dat say they gon beat dem Saints?!

If you dont have drain holes it could be from overwatering also, but it sounds like you are already on the right track, good luck.

plenty of drain holes, plenty of mix, this is a killer mix(plenty of easy space for roots, but a new container idea, fits under the growteck (2g11 4 pin 6000k) light perfect,I've used it before with some other nutrients and works great, there is no mud or anything other than the lava rocks and course vermiculite which u can see at the top.I'm almost positive(since I didn't have a born on date)they are at least 2-2 1/2 weeks old,the (2)6 packs are a week apart.I wanna keep'em rollin
I just keep thinking that the feeding process needs quicker attention then regular seeds.regular seeds take a week to pop and get straight and then another 3-4 weeks before you can ad nutes.these yellowed kinda fast.I wasn't expecting it,but hope to correct before the second batch does it.IMOIT nutrients are needed after week 1,going into week 2 on quarter strength and after week 2 maybe start boosting the numbers.I will let everyone know what happens.I'm at 300 ppms right now, last night I was at 255 and a slight change but still on the light side.I want to see a little on the darker green side

I wish this were true.
Ok,been a week and you can see the difference when advanced nutes have been applied at a low strength and then boosted. All problems have been corrected and now bananas and flowers are starting. This is truly a remarkable strain to flower so fast.
So now that flowering stage is here for first six,I have taken some advice and mixed in the blooming nutes with the growing nutes for this week only,I will go to full strength flowering nutes next week.I will post more pics as they come.researching is almost complete.
Now for the good stuff, the original pics are of what was,and the rest are what is.decide for your self and see the difference what alot of money can buy for nutrients and let me know what you think about what I have been researching,I would think they are 5 inches tall and all in a week. When this thread began they were around 1 1/2 to 2 weeks from seed ( I think ;-) ) 1 pic is of the nanas if u can see it,enjoy
PS,I can take a criticism so don't hold back, lol. Thanks guys for all that have contributed with knowledge and confidence and hopefully more contributions of wisdom if needed in future

If you notice something wrong, hit me up to make corrections.I see the leaves have a little bend, some do,some don't.

Looking alot better it seems lack of nutes was the problem. A couple do have a little curling going on, keep an eye on em don't overwater them.

I feed once every 2 days now,I was wondering why the curl thing was going on.My medium doesn't really hold much water, but I see the difference without the 1000 hps, that thing is hot.OK the good news, out of 12 auto's 9,maybe 10 are females(so far, would like to seed them,no room or knowledge for cloning)showed sexing at 3-4 weeks(some at 4 weeks show sexing and some at 3 weeks showed sexing, cut the bananas out and changing nutes from grow and bloom to straight bloom and I'm at 1000 ppm's which still seem a little low(for the 4 week olds),but it will catch up.I see that they strecth when they are starting to flower.one more week and I'll boost them to the HYK and 1000 watt hps, this is gonna be fun. Will start my chronic this coming weekend and maybe put 2 or 4 g-13xhaze in there, still unsure.I was told that g-13 requires more attention and smells a little more,so if u had a choice of 10 x chronic,10 x g-13 x haze,or 5 SShaze what would u do so u wouldn't have to keep different ppm mixes(alot of work and not enough containers?I like the way the set up is,fill the reservoir to the top and then ph it to 5.8(to b safe),fill gallon milk jugs and then put nutes in,what ever isn't used now, will be soon enough, just keep scratching out the last ppm measurement.New picks soon, gotta find them since this is a wish full and hypothetical statement and for entertainment only, hehe. Thanks for checkin back in fatfarm, what can I do for the curling. If u want to shoot a pm on a few tricks on do's and don'ts,it would be appreciated.Oh yea I forgot, the smell is coming around lightly, must b the AK-47 genetics.

alright, back to this thread.all have sexed and so far 10 of the 12 auto's are ladies, how ya like dat ratio. Some secrets are best kept secret. As u can see, definitely different pheno's,but I'm lovin it.I pulled my 2 males and can't pollinate now, trying to use some banana's that were chopped when the other 2 were cut out.won't be long, next week we start the chronic and knock the dust of the 1000 watt hps and fire him up for the last feew weeks of dancing with the ladies.will post pics again as I find them.

New Update
As you can see the different phenotype's all were different in their own way,one might b short, but have more flowers, one might b tall with profuse branching, and so on,look and judge for yourself.I think due to the ratio of females to total tree's planted,I will be liking these particular strains that I have acquired pictures and statements from.I know that the second batch of (6) mi5 (dopebeans) was 6 out of 6,yea u heard me,again 6 out of 6.These are the 6 to the left I beleive was told to me.The advanced nutrients are really showing considering that one row(row to the extreme left) is fed with regular nutrients and the rest are fed Advanced Nutrients(the whole sensi 2part line, subbed pirahna and terantula with great white shark)I know 6 are one week behind, but can u tell.it looks like a row a week was done, but if u go back to the original pics posted u know it was 6 at a time.2 of the first 6 were cut out and now physically pollination is impossible, cut the males before maturing. They are getting a sharp power full smell,so I'm told, lol. system is about to be completely overhauled tomorrow,so I here. Metamorphosis is coming.
1 0 0 0 w a t t H P S
but it will only be on for 4 hours 1 week,8 hours in 2 weeks, and 20 last week and a half and then shut the light out for the last 4 days. Bang Bang, done for a month, coming back with either the blue diesel and mi5 again(I hope to see this again) the other possibilities are chronic and super silver haze,or g13xhaze(can only be done flying solo, needs alot of attention,so I hear). tell me what you think

Yea man,I thought I was under feeding(light feeding from advanced)them and it turned out that I over fed the ladies by about 300 ppm's.when I noticed the deficiencies I flushed with water for the next 3 days,no change yet.Man they were rollin hard, hair everywhere and now the growth has been stunted.Dam,I had 3 weeks left.fffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggg

the copper tone is cearly a nute burn...But i can defintiley see how you could have assumed a Nitro deficiency...flushing was a good idea, but the most important thing right now is to get your PH back to normal...make sure the water that is running out of the bottom is a running a normal range in the PH department, other than that, dont starve em for too long, and dont overwater 'em...best of luck, I'll stay tuned in.

A good profuct line for helping with burn and ensuring that salt residue doesn't build up, is the earth Juice product line...I use it mixed in with some purple maxx, gravity and cha ching. Rather inexpensive(like 10$ US for a Quart) and mixes well with other nutes.

I think I stunned the flowering on one,but the rest made it through, the top hairs are turning to a golden color.Only 2 weeks left on 4 and 3 weeks left for 6.turned the nutes down just like nute calculator says to.
I figured out the vegging and flowering cycle, just have to fine tune the nutes a little earlier.I will post new pics this weekend.frost all over now
