Hey there people!
How's it going?! So I'm based out of India, and after 10 years of buying I finally decided to start growing my own green. I did my bit of research on the internet, ordered a few autoflowering seeds and got started. I germinated just one seed, and a month later it hermied on me! That being said, I am getting ready for my next grow and I have quite a few questions.
For my first grow the medium was soil. I would give her as much light as I possibly could. Schedule wasn't set per se. I'd leave her out for sometime, if it got cloudy I'd get her back in and put her under an 85W CFL and an 18W Led light. There have been times where she'd get light from the CFL, dark out for a few hours and then natural light. Basically I didnt stick to any light schedule. I was under the impression (based of what I read online) that as long as she gets some light, being an autoflower feminised seed - she will have to give bud. Fortunately now I know that not to be true.
Now the city where I am based in - humidity is anything from 60 - 100% year round. I plan on growing in soil and the current day light lasts 12 hours at max. Now if I just leave the pot outside, would that be fine? The days are going to get shorter over the next few weeks. Could that cause her to hermie?
For now, I am just looking to grow a female plant and get some bud successfully. I don't care if I do not get a good harvest (in terms of volume). I just want to get the basics right for now.
