So I am doing fastbud again, last time they was on 18/6 but now it's better for me to put them on 15 hours a day, will I lose yield? Or will they just take longer to finish?

I would think losing yield
more light = more bud

why would you need 15 hours a day?

I use a 400w lamp I was told you can so autos on 15 hours of light

I think you won't loose much yield. many auto'ers are claiming to get same yield or very small reduction with 12/12.

I would assume you would loos yeild. If your going to switch the lights....at least keep them on 18-6 or 20-4 for the first 2 weeks then switch because even though they are autos, they do need a bit of time to vegg

Y i aggree there.. Veg them for long hours if possible..
