auto pounders in a grow tent ?

Hey all,
Im a total newb n on a grow mission. Im just about to go n spend a load of money on a grow tent kit, with 600w light n everything included. It is good for 8 - 10 plants. My question is , i understand that a tent with 8 plants can yield about 500gms when you have your grow skills together , but if i buy the auto pounders , will i be able to grow 8 plants at the same time, yeilding 400(ish)gms per plant thus having a massive 3200 gm yield from one auto crop ( 70 days ) ?
This is probably a ridiculous idea of mine and id imagine that i will need massively more light power etc. If so would it be feesable to think that i could grow less auto pounder plants (ie, 4) , but due to the nature of the plant (auto pounder) still have an enormous yield ?
Ultimately im looking for high yield in short time , any suggestions would be well appreciated

7 pounds is conservative, you will probably be closer to 10+...

Couldn't resist, yes that is a ridiculous goal. 1 gram per watt is the best anyone can shoot for, I would set your sights on getting .6 grams per watt or 360 grams.
If you achieve this on a first grow you should consider yourself very successful.

If you read the information about the auto pounder. It states 450gms.

In a properly lit 10x10 tent it is possible but not at all probable. Impossible with a 600w...

so do yuo mean i can get 6gms per watt + 3600 gms (10 plants) or am i mis understanding/ i knew it was altogether a bit mad to expect supermassive yiels from 10 plants , but whats your suggestion for the highest yield in a 10 plant ent /

grams per square meter has nothing to do with plant count. But as it would suggest, space. Square meters. This plant is stated at 450 grams per square meter. (which i'll state as being bullshit marketing) It doesn't matter how mny plants you put in the tent, a square meter is a square meter.

You seem to have this illusion that autopounders yield 450g per plant, not per square meter as it clearly claims.

And suggestion for highest yield? Well: 1. forget all about autoflowers if you are after yield, 2. forget all about this idea of it having to be 10 plants. The most efficient number of plants will be based on lighting, reflector, grow style, and strain.

I completely agree... You will need a large room with several thousand watts of lighting, A/C, custom electrical wiring/breaker, etc etc to pull the kind of yield you are talking about. Or grow some trees in the great outdoors.

One other tip is to use airpots or smartpots. larger is better, big rootmass = big yields.

Good good. Just be aware, that based on your experience, or at least your perceived experience based on your posts, don't expect anything close to the advertised yields of these strains. Even if the figures were accurate, and not simply advertising, they would be based on what a real professional groewer might be able to yield, not what a first time grower could expect. For your first few grows, expect the worst, then you won't be disappointed

U should be happy with an ounce and a half from each plant but u will most likely walk away with an ounce off each plant.don't expect anything u will get what you produce no more no less. And no one here can tell you something about yourself that u don't even know!
