Auto has been going 17 weeks still nowhere near harvest

i started with two the first was harvested about 4 weeks ago , 17 weeks is normal for an auto?

grow setup

3"x2"
480watt qb
Ac infinity
GHE nutes

plant has been healthy throughout except its now start of week 18 and she is looking at least another 4-5 weeks

light is good the wattage is accurate and lux is hitting upto 140k i have it sitting at 65k 12" above canopy

its at a stage the buds are too heavy for the stems and are leaning off to the side
