The Afghan is taking the nutes with a full res. great with a teaspoon of Maxigro per gallon. I'm gonna go easy with the nutes when I flower her though.

The roadrunner I had trouble with as soon as she had the flowering stretch. I might just flush her with water and molasses until the end.

The easy ryder had no probs and took the nutes great until this last feeding. I think I'll give her a little Koolbloom toward the end and then flush.

Anyway, I guess I updated a little more on the plants health and gave you a lil more info Pablo. I can see myself growing a wide array of different strains every grow.

hey guys, i grew some autos just like these, and they are real finicky with nutes during flowering and some spots and burns will never go away on these. So you might want to go easy on nuting them and dial everything back a bit. The plants are made to be simple grows, so dont overcomplicate it with your dosing since they are on such a different schedule from normal plants. Good luck!

Yeah I think it's not for everyone.. I can see myself doing autos in the future mainly because I just like the quick turn around and the ability to have strains that dont get too much out of control. However, there are quite a few strains I want to grow that are regular so I don't think I'm really partial to either..

Did you check out alot of other auto grows Cruzer? Mine didn't quite turn out totally as an auto grow with that one "Afghan" anyway. I did manage to clone it though.

Anyway, thanks for checking out the grow, and hope you check in next few weeks for the harvest.

Thanks for checkin in man. Yeah, it's hard not to want to give more and more nutes when your plants are doin good. Thats usually when something happens. I know Ill have some good results tho, only have a few weeks max for both of the autos. Then I can flower this beast of a plant I got.

Well it's been 8 weeks and things are ok. I seemed to have burned the easy ryder slightly, but it's fine. The roadrunner never got over the yellowing leaves and spots. I'm gonna flush both out for a few days and then maybe give them a dose of koolbloom later, hopefully bulking them up a little. Then It'll be time for the flush before harvest. The "Afghan" is still veggin. Big surprise.

Both of the autos are getting orange hairs now.

Looks like a great grow. Best thing is that the results will demonstrate how the 3 strains compare to each other in yield, time and taste. Don't forget to post your smoke report!

Thanks for stopping in. I'll prob only have another week or so left before some chopping so stick around. Will definitely have a smoke report later on...

Well were getting a little closer now. Prob a week or so and then we might have something.

The easy ryder really has plumped up with the main cola almost as thick as a pop can. Not as big as a pop can, but as wide.

The roadrunner I think is locked out..I prob shouldve flushed her out real real good a while ago, but I thought she might bounce back while flowering having to use more nutes. Whatever, I knew that these plants would be different and shouldve listened to my gut instinct to take it easy and let them do their thing. Def not like traditional plants for sure. Anyway, just waiting for her to develop more. Plain water till the end.

The "Afghan" is huge. Good thing the 2 autos are almost done. Shes 25.5 in tall and prob 20 in wide. I'll give her another trimming of branches before I throw her in 12/12. The clones are taking a long time to root. I do have one I put in the tent yesterday. It is very well rooted and will prob just flower that one out with the mom. At least this way I can see how a clone does as far as yield.

Did he have a problem with the afghan not autoflowering too?

plant 2 looks like it has 3 main colas. did you top it?

Nah that was the pheno..Guess I got one of the few ones that had that. I know I've seen two others with that pheno, but most have been the short compact style like the way autos usually look. She just needs to fatten up now! Flushing from here on out now..

I actually started a thread with you in mind called "AFGHAN KUSH RYDER" in the Seed and Strain reviews section. I have the "Ryda" and it is going well thusfar. I have a few others going at the time and they are all flowering at the moment. My A-K Ryder, started pre-flowers at about 17 days and has gotten fat with buds. It is somewhat tall in comparison to the other autos that I have going (which is crazy because the others are auto AK47) and bushier too. I haven't had the same bushyness that you have encountered but I trust it will get there soon.

Anyway, sorry to hear about the problem with the A-K Ryder. I trust that it turns out well for you in the long run

Hey man thanks for stoppin in..It's never too late to check a grow out.

It is unfortunate about my plant but it is growing on me..It's the healthiest plant i've ever grown and am excited to see her potential now once I flower.

Do you have any pics/journal of your grow? I would love to see your plants! BigJ

PEACE BRO. Indeed it is unfortunate about your plant, but it is still ganja and at the end of hte day it will get the job done I'm sure. It may not be what youhad wanted but look at it like this, maybe this is a blessing in disguise and you got the REAL DANK! Either way I am following along and bringing positive enegry with me during your grow.

As far as mine go, i am just now experiencing a few deficiencies at the moment... (i get so frustrated with them because nothing seems to look like your problem when you are looking for the answers.), but they are overall doing good. They just went to bed at 12 and I wil be waking them up at 4. I have inserted a few pix of them ......the first two is of the Ryder from the top and side and the last is the girls at day 31 (day before yesterday).

I trust that my attempts are fruitful, and that those who were skeptical of the Afghan Kush Ryder find the courage and conviction to try it out for themselves (with great result, of course). I am truly enjoying the experience with the autos and I trust that my experience will help myself and others in their grows in the future. I will keep up on the news of yours and i wish you all the luck (though I don't believe in luck, if you do I wish that for you).

PEACE That's great! I wish I were harvesting soon....I'm jealous,LOL. It's even better for your A K Ryder because she may have wanted the personal attention and now with the more room that you will have she will get it. women can be so tempermental at times, LOL. I trust that your "Ryde or die CHICK" (wouldn't want anyone but you calling your girls bitches) provides you with weeks of enjoyment (months if you don't smoke like it's going out of style like I do).

Yeah I def will have a lot of smoke..for me at least. I don't smoke much, more socially than anything. I enjoy the different strains and just growing for a hobby. MJ is a very interesting plant. So much to learn and appreciate...

Stay tuned..I'm gonna check the trichs today to see what I got goin...
