Auto-Flowering

the title says it all. should i switch to autos? and if i do what is required from me?

My first grow were autos. For me it was an "easy start". Generally less yield so it depends on what you're looking for and what would benefit you. I had a white widow auto from dinafem and a wos Pakistan ryder. Both were wonderful smoke. Try them first. Worst case scenario you don't like them and still come out with some good cheebah.


Edit: requirements for me were less. I ran ffof and and 1/4 dosage of nutes. I ran mine on 18/6 then 16/8 once I saw flowers. I'm sure as you know autos do not require 12/12 to flower. They automatically do hence the term auto.

can you LST autos ? And, what kind of light spectrum do you want to use ? I run cfls.

In general autos need less nutes and more light than photos.
They will flower on any light cycle,even 24/0,its in their Ruderalis (auto) gene.
The more light the bigger the yield for autos,but a bigger electric bill too.

i run autos at 24 hour light. feed half dose once a week in dwc with cfls. cfls make fluffy buds so expect that. they are usually fast and the smoke is good but not great.

I've just Supercropped My 2 x KC45(regs) they on 21st day of Flowering and 107 days in the Dirt in Total, Drinking 2Ltr every 2nd day...Had to Supercrop em,Felt Wrong...But had near enough ran out of Growth Height...

I consider auto's as "plug & play" ....just plant, feed/water and watch them grow

99% of Autos are "Plug n Play" but be wary of KC45 Auto(Reg) are Monsters & Mutants!!
