The interesting thing about Mean Well drivers is that all the ones we've tested generate more power than their rated specs. That particular driver is rated from 91V-183V but according to the test report it goes down to as low as 0.1V, so you could run one board off it no worries but it won't go higher than 184V. But it does output over 2A of current which is more than than the specified 1.75A current.Which is 180-190v

Technically this means the HLG-320H-C1750 could drive each High Light at 2.02A at 47V (95W) and could handle up to three boards (141V). That would give you about 285W total. I based my 250W on the rated output of 1.75A but you would almost certainly get more than that. How much more i can't say as there are vzriations between batches. We test a lot of HLG-320H-48A drivers and they generally pull 360-380W from the wall with two of our boards, with most falling in the 365-370W range.
