I grew AI back last year. Take care of her and she will give you massive buds. Mine were fatter then coke cans. Watch for bud rot.

Aurora drying now. Not too pretty to me. Not frosty. No smell. I'm not doing anything wrong as I have other beautiful fragrant strains. I only let go 9 weeks prolly could have went 13 easy. i've done all of Nirvanas strains.. I give it 5/10.

EDIT : WELL SOME OF IT ACTUALLY SMELLED LIKE TUNA FISH lol

I pulled a little shit nug that was mostly dry and despite no cure I'm gonna give it a try.

i have to say. just in the last week the smell has really developed into somethng different.

Some still have a weird stale tuna fish smell. Most others have developed a light perfume smell.

I think I'm just used to fruity flavors and exotic looking weed. As they shrunk the trichs really came together more than i thought they would, actually looking.. okay...

So, decent aroma so far on most. Okay bag appeal. I get back to you in a second :bigjoint:

Okay sooooo..... drumroll.................

Keeping in mind it could have dried another 24 hours and used a good cure on top of it wasn't the biggest and prettiest nug but....

I really like this. It has that common dank indica flavor like curve, mixed with issey miyake with a pinch of GDP/BB for good measure. Not what I'm used to but very pleasant.

The high wasn't as stoning as I'd imagined. It was actually pretty nice and buzzy. Hard to describe because I have such a high tolerance and I switch strains so often the highs kinda blend one into the other. I'm sure to a medical patient this would be great stuff.

Like i said the appearance is not bad at all.It could be more frosty but so could any plant.

All in all I likes it. It can only get better with age. In a few weeks this will be top notch for all but the biggest connoisseur.

I look forward to reading more about your experience with this great plant.

I'm gonna try one of those tuna fish buds tomorrow... ;)

edit: I suggest maybe letting it go for at least 11 weeks

If Aurora Indica is an Auto Flower, then what I am about to say does not apply:

7 to 9 weeks can usually mean......... you start counting when you do the flip to 12/12.................
Or,
It can mean.......... you start counting when you first see Flower.

From looking at your plant, it appears that it might have started to flower while still in Veg.
If that were true & if it was my plant, I would definitely start my count at when I did the flip and be looking to harvest at the early to mid side of 7 to 9 weeks.
Patience is the name of the game.......................
