Aurora Indica harvest

Well I had to cut my Aurora Indica down, due to some issues. The biggest being the location, it's extremely well hidden in the spring and summer, but as I am finding out the leaves are falling off quickly this year! Without them the plants are totally exposed, and my partner and I decided to just cut them down. They have all been in flowering for 6-7 weeks, a couple started about a week before the other two it seemed. The trichs on two plants are about 50/50 clear-cloudy, with the other two being cloudy all over. I had some small clones too (just two) but they were not ready, so they went into the "cannabutter" pile lol, no pics of them however. I topped on plant so it had 4 big buds, one so it had 2 big buds, cut one in a way I'm not entirely sure what happened but it just got super bushy, and the last one I left totally alone. It also yielded the least by a long shot.
I don't have my scale on me, left it at my brothers house a couple weeks ago, but I'll get it back in a week or so and I can measure how much I have. I'm guessing 2 oz, but I'm also quite horrible at guessing lol. Took the two of us about 4-5 hours to trim everything. I quick dried a little and it's sweet! I love it. If anyone has any questions or comments do post! I'd be more than willing to share anything about these ladies.

Too bad you had to chop those prematurely. Aurora Indica really bulks up during its last couple weeks of flowering. Oh, well. Better safe than sorry. Hopefully next season, you'll find a more suitable location.

You should have just let them keep going a couple more weeks, They still look very healthy in these pics. :p

i grew some AI this year and i wasn't very happy with them. they were very susceptible to disease, this was main reason for not liking them. I still have some out and they don't sem very dense or sticky. The one s i have left are beer can size though just not very dank looking.

Yours look good though!!

Thanks! This was my first outdoor grow, so the whole picking a spot was new to me. I feel it was a very good spot however, the leaves are falling off really early this year. Usually it doesn't get like this until Halloween...
My AI were very disease resistant. I sprayed early on for mites and slugs and all sorts of things so I found very little problems. The seeds came from Nirvana Seeds by the way. I actually had 5, all 5 sprouted. When I moved them to outside one plant just wasn't big enough and fried within a couple days.
I did some nutes with the plants (not 100% organic), by putting some composted manure in the soil/peat moss mix. I put them outside begining of June, didn't have to start giving nutes till August. Then i used a MG veg nute I had. my buds grew nice, I just kept the plant watered and fed and she just kept growing. The first pic up there, reached 45 inches tall, the main cola trimmed up is at 12 inches long.
I really really wish i could have kept them up there another week or two, the harvest would have been so much more. It's kind of nice having a different high then the extreme couchlock lol. As for my next grow, I'm moving back inside, but probably not for a while yet.
