Attitude To Replace Confiscated Beans

When my package from Attitude arrived I discovered I had paid $170 for a T-shirt. The package had been slit open and the tin with the beans was gone. Re-reading my order shows that by ordering the shirt I was paying for guaranteed delivery. So I contacted Laura at customer service. She asked me to send her scans of the package so they could see the green tape US Customs had used to kinda tape the package together. Long story short - Attitude will replace the order for free. In a tin? I get mine in a tiny tube, taped and folded into a 3 page letter stuffed in an envelope.

Good you have the guarantee. I am still waiting for some stuff from 2 years ago.....nah. I gave up.

It really grinds my gears the postal service just thinks they can cut open peoples packages like that, Its not right.

jswett, But it IS perfect legal. The Postmaster can cut open any and all packages. It's the law.

dinafem comes in little round tins, good for roaches or oil after you use the seeds. I have also got them in a big crush proof tin before too. They are pretty good about replacing seeds, as long as you dont tell them they didnt sprout!! I just got an order of around $900 and the t-shirt was ripped, laura said they will give me a free one with my next order.

Not right or wrong.....Lawful. And let's not narrow out minds. They don't tell us of the horror they catch every day opening mail.

I get seeds in a handwritten envelop, in female hand writing, from a residential address. But, I've had the Cobra form letter from Customs, also. Ever seen that one?

Big cobra in the background to warn you of the dangers of Foreign Drugs. "Come and talk to us or just forget about it. Your choice." Waaaa?

Their guarantee is always the best way to go. Even if my seeds do make it, but they were broken somehow on the way here. They are nice enough to resend them with no questions asked alsong as you can provide photo with seed still in original packaging. So cheers to you!

As I understand it, BC Bud depot is one of the very top purveyors to stay away from. A little research will yield all kinds of delivery problems supposedly turned into outright scamming.

Not in my experience.

Sadly attitude gave me 2 BC Budepot GSC for free (Xmas special)

I don't even know if it's worth popping them now, I was really looking forward to some GSC but rather stick to the genetics I always grow.

Dinafem, Barneys Farm, DNA, Mr. Nice, G-13, and Reserva Privada.
Don't think I'll ever choose another breeder
