Well, the title says it all!
I placed an order with the tude on Jun 23 2010, 18:30 PM.
Immediately received confirmation of payment via email (I paid on my Visa card).
The next day, I received more news from the company, informing me that my order had been processed and dispatched.
Everything went quiet over the next few days, supposedly because of the weekend. On monday morning, my Royal Mail tracking informed me that the parcel had been delivered in Kenya, and is now travelling to my post office.
The package had arrived, and was ready for collection on Jun 28 2010, 19:40 PM.
As I was away during this period of time, I was unable to collect my package until this morning.
That aside, The tude got me my order in <5 business days. Quite excellent considering post in my country generally takes a month or so before arriving, assuming someone hadn't already stolen it.
I ordered the Guaranteed stealth shipping option, vying for the wallet (Attitude suggested this, as the other gifts available may have been too large for my post box. How right they were!
The wallet was less than amusing... But in all fairness, that is not what I was buying in the first place, so I truly do not care.
In terms of stealth, the package was A1! The seeds, individually packed and labelled (i opted for repacked as my seeds are all pick n mix). I will not go into details of the packaging for obvious reasons, All I can say is that I was rather pleased with what I got!
So, as a final tally:
Delivery speed: 10/10 Received by local mail authorities, and was ready for collection less than 5 days after I made my payment!
Stealth: 8/10 Seeds were all reasonably hidden, although, simply opening the package and tipping out it's contents would reveal the goods!
Customer service: 10/10 Had no reason to contact them once my payment had been made. They were wise enough to advise on suitable shipping methods for my location in particular. Saved me a lot of trouble!
My whole Attitude experience has been great!
Keep up the good work guys!!!
I would advise anyone that may be having second thoughts to give these guys a shot!
5 star seeds, service, stealth and shipping.
