Attitude seedbank reviews.

It is absolutely irrelevant :) They write the terms and conditions, you abide by them. If you don't like them, of course go somewhere where it is different. But if you buy from Attitude, then you have no right to cry when your beans don't germ or are shit, if you have a few braincells then you should be fully aware of what you are agreeing to when you place the order. They don't try and hide that side of their policy, in fact from what i've expereinced they try to advertise it, to stop stupid reaitons such as above.

You will also notice if you take the time to read the terms, that most all seedbanks carry such a criteria, essentially that they must not be used in contravention of local laws, some are just more willing than others to sort things out behind closed doors. Attitude being well, the biggest seedbank in the world it seems, is no doubt under constant scrutiny by local and foreign authorities, and no doubt due to their status, they'd rather not cock things up. Why does noone understand how the business world works, i thought we were all 18+
You are right and I did notice that other seedbanks have the same terms. Those terms are there to remove liability from Attitude and the other seed shops. As far as I can see, only Attitude uses this policy to hide.

I still don't see how they're in the wrong. Despite their own terms and conditions they told the OP to post them bak, as you would with ANY product, so that it can be inspected with the idea of a refund. The attitude appear to be responding in a completely reasonable and appropriate way. I mean fuk, how many people must email attitude from the states etc saying that they never arrived or they never germed etc, due to their size, the idea of a non-immediate replacement refund doesn't seem out of line.

Attitude is charging like 20/bucks a bean. I'm sure they're doing alright. We just have different expectations out of a seedbank. Sannie's sent me a pack of bum seeds. I let him know; he looked at my orders, saw I was a loyal customer and mailed out another pack of seeds and more freebies for the trouble. No questions asked, no need to contact the breeder, no need to spend $30.00 to ship crappy seeds back to the UK where they will be thrown in the trash. For that he wins my business. Attitude on the hand "sorry, can't help you, read the terms, FU, call the breeder, they're souvenirs only". Nirvana also a no questions asked policy.

Attitude will be fine, they spend $$$$$$ on marketing, marketing, and more marketing. Hell they got two ads on this page as I type. They gotta recoup that money by screwing some customers.

So yet another foreigner with an inability to comprehend simple English. This forum fucking amazes me at times, more often than not.
Yep. Don't sell beans if it's illegal. If you do man up and support your customers. Feel free to continue overpaying and getting screwed if something goes wrong. I'll stick with Sannies and Nirvana.

So you've utterly failed to read the part where attitude told him to send them back and they'd look at sorting the issue out yeah? Muppet. It's perfectly legal to sell beans in the UK, don't blame us for your silly laws ;) If you took the time to read, and comprehend what you were reading, you would understand that attitude state some legal this and that, and then agree to help the guy out. Are you an American by any chance? Just a wild shot in the dark.

The point being that somehow it rarely seems a generalisation, more simply the way it is ;) If you're clever, you'll know where you stand legally and WONT pay shipping twice, but as a large portion of this thread shows, clever is beyond the realms of possibility. If you're going to buy from a country overseas. learn where the fuck you stand, which is no different from knowing where you stand when buying seeds from attitude. Only a tit would buy a big bag of gear from a foreign country and not know where his legal stance is with regard to returns and replacement. It's just common sense, i mean come on! The whole world has it'#s stereotype of americans for a reason it seems.

Clarification:

They only distribute the seed.

They cannot test products because growing cannabis is Illegal in Great Britain.

However under the law seeds are not illegal. So they sell the seeds as souvenirs.

They should at least let us know their seeds are shit then, so we don't waste our time.
imo, that's what sites like riu are for.. they'res plenty of info on this site alone to tell people what breeders people have really good results from and which breeders people tend to have problems with...
it's up to the buyer to know the product that they're buying and to do their own research..

And how are they going to do that, by growing them out and getting taken to jail and have everything confiscated? That sounds like one kick ass business model. You seem to have this dire inability to understand that companies have to work within the law in order not to get shut down.

So far I've received all the beans I've ordered from attitude, along with some nice work in the yard shirts, so they've done all I expect. I don't hold attitude responsible for anything other than getting the beans to me... they aren't the breeder they just provide a way for us to buy beans from breeders. I've had a bunch of fem seeds hermie on me, not once have I thought it might be attitudes fault, I assume the breeder put out bad seeds, so I don't order seeds made by that breeder again. I have also decided to avoid fem seeds.

Very similar experience 5 or 6 different varieties. A remarkable number didn't even germinate. Probably about 15 so far that wouldn't germinate. Of those that did actually germinate, all were genetically inferior. One exception: One variety was still in the breeders packaging. It's doing just fine. Everyone one of them so far. Weird huh? All of the repackaged items were bad...and still in breeders package seems okay. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure that out. Thanks a lot for ripping me off! I emailed something similar to yours being careful not to break the rules. I got even less response. In fact, I got zero response. Nothing. As I recall I spent 185 Euros. Almost 300 dollars. Please don't spend your money with them.
