It is absolutely irrelevant
They write the terms and conditions, you abide by them. If you don't like them, of course go somewhere where it is different. But if you buy from Attitude, then you have no right to cry when your beans don't germ or are shit, if you have a few braincells then you should be fully aware of what you are agreeing to when you place the order. They don't try and hide that side of their policy, in fact from what i've expereinced they try to advertise it, to stop stupid reaitons such as above.
You will also notice if you take the time to read the terms, that most all seedbanks carry such a criteria, essentially that they must not be used in contravention of local laws, some are just more willing than others to sort things out behind closed doors. Attitude being well, the biggest seedbank in the world it seems, is no doubt under constant scrutiny by local and foreign authorities, and no doubt due to their status, they'd rather not cock things up. Why does noone understand how the business world works, i thought we were all 18+
