All the information about these orders is going into a database which at a later time they will be able to use against us if they choose. Every time they confiscate something they log it and that info is stored.

No questions asked. I just emailed Jody that I wanted a refund after two tries so I can lay low till the blood pressure went down. I did have guaranteed. Had it on the cc card the next day. I just scanned and sent her an image of the taped package and letter.

One can call "attitude" but do it in the night, because it's day time there, generally around 6,7,8 o'clock AM. then you can TALK to some one, at most the call will cost $5.00 if that!!!!!

My seeds are in Chicago ohare right now with stealth shipping and tshirt in the original seeders pack so hopefully they make it through. They have been there since 11/27/13 but it's been a lot going on with the holiday so I'm just gonna assume mail is slow right now and they they will make it, esp since I'm reading some users saying attitude changed shipping methods.

On another note can anyone refer me to a place I can order seeds from that are actually shipped in the US from breeders? Thanks. I would like to cut customers out and possibly save money getting them stateside. I need to start another grow ASAP!

I really hope you get your stuff. From my recent experience, if a package remains in chicago for more than 3 or 4 days, they got 'em. I'm not saying that's the case in your situation. Here's what "tracking" of my packages indicates:

Processed Through Sort Facility (It's been at this status since Nov. 13th)
ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

If you track your package again, and there's no movement beyond "Processed Through Sort Facility", you most likely have had your package confiscated. I HOPE I'M WRONG!!!!!! Good luck!!! :peace:

I hope not. Only thing is mine doesn't say "ISC" Chicago it says. "Your item has arrived in O'Hare (Chicago) and is being processed for delivery. But most likely it's the same thing. I'm gonna try and keep positive tho. Damn how else am I gonna get seeds? Are there any other extremely reliable sites? If mine does get stuck then I'm debating a refund our reship because I don't wanna wait another 21 days if they get snagged again.

wonder why its isolated to chicago? just seems odd they wouldn't have the other major hubs looking as well. since i started reading this buisness about seizures i keep waiting for it to happen but 4 orders from the tude and more from others and no customs tape through ny

Actually, I think that might be good news for you. I'm assuming it made it through customs with no problem and has entered the delivery system!!!!! There might be another possibility as well. Not as joyous as the first. It might have been inspected by customs, seeds confiscated, green tape applied to package and then entered the delivery system. I really hope it's the first one!!!!! Keep us informed! :leaf:

I don't understand why the attitude hasn't switched out it's stealth methodology. Same shit for years. And if they resend an order, I believe they ship it out exactly as they did the first one, (I'm not certain but, I think they will change their stealth if you ask them to or give them your own idea). It's obviously not hurting them financially if they're able to keep re-sending beans, especially with the number of seizures taking place.

We have no idea how many make it through. My guess is far, far more make it through than not. Attitude is making bank.

Well here's my story. I ordered 16 seeds on Nov. 5th, tracking says "Processed Through Sort Facility - ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)" and has said that since Nov. 11th. My 21 business days will be up Dec. 14th if I use their ship date. I ordered with the "tin can" and the $10 guarantee. So far nothing, so I wait. I have tons of friends that have ordered without problems and I am a licensed "care giver" in the Michigan Medical Marijuana" program so I am not worried about any legal issues. If nothing arrives by Dec. 14th I will indeed email them. I am not worried that I will never get them, I just hope I get them in time to have my plants and clones three or four feet tall by mid May for transplanting outdoors. I have grown the last two years outside, 100% organic, coco coir, azomite, worm castings, ect. you know "supper soil". They included 7 free seeds, only one is "indoor" and will not be grown ( not by me anyways ;-P ), so I am really hoping to get my original shipment. I will post when they arrive.

wish me luck!

Ok my first post and the only reason I'm posting is to confirm and vent. Last year in October order a 5 pack of Delicious Cotton Candy seeds in a tin with no guarantee shipping. The order went through NY and I received it. This year placed an order on November 17, 2013 and it was received at ISC Chicago on November 23, 2013 at 8:30 am and has been sitting there ever since.

Seeing the dates the other poster show that are before my date and still have not receiver their order confirms to me the seeds are not coming. Also, confirms to me attitude has to know this and they aren't working to hard at all to make shipments stealthy.

The guarantee shipping I get is on me. However, the only way Attitude is going to work harder on trying to get these orders in is to let them know on their Social media sites such as FaceBook that orders are getting seized in Chicago. Business don't want bad social media press and will work harder to please their clients if enough complain.

i'm not saying be a jerk or disrespectful just confirm on their Facebook or Twitter that our orders keeps getting seized in Chicago and question them if they can get this problem resolved or is ordering through other seed banks the only answer as we no longer can trust Attitude to complete their orders.

If you read in their email that you receive when you place an order it states in the "unlikely event your order isn't received after 21 business days". More like in the LIKELY event your order isn't received. Attitude knows their orders are being seized and failing to try and resolve the issue.
