ATTITUDE Loses Another Customer

My most recent email to The Attitude;

"Dear Customer Service Department,
In February this year I received Order No: 148551-100212 from The Attitude. However upon opening the package, I found the bags for the Kandy Kush and the freebie Kings Kush only held a few crumbs and no seeds. The LSD seed however, was there (I've attached pictures).
I immediately sent an email to [email protected], and received a very prompt reply from Rachel. After explaining to her what I had received, and showing her these same photos, she said if I placed a new order during the TGA Subcool promo and made reference to the email conversation with Rachel and the replacement seeds in the comments section of the new order, that the replacement seeds would be included with the new order.
On March 6th I placed Order No: 156009-100306 with The Attitude, and as instructed, wrote in the comments section "Per my e-mail conversation with Rachel concerning my Order No: 148551-100212, please include replacement seeds for the Reserva Privada feminized Kandy Kush and the Kings Kush." At this time I also ordered the cup to ensure receipt of my new order along with the replacements. Unfortunately, when this new order arrived last Saturday, March 13th,
there were no replacement seeds.
On Monday, March 15th, I sent the following email to Rachel to inform her of this apparent oversight;

"Hello Again Rachel,

After our recent exchange, I did in fact place an order with Attitude during the TGA Subcool promotion, and was looking forward to my purchase along with the replacements we had discussed (one Kandy Kush seed, one Kings Kush seed as replacements for my order No: 148551-100212). Today i did receive my newest order (Order No: 156009-100306) and was disappointed to see that despite stating I had spoken to you and asking for the replacement seeds, they were not included. Will you please look into this once again?

PS...For what its worth, the single LSD seed I purchased from my original order No: 148551-100212 did not germinate, either. "


As of yet I've not received a reply to this email, which frankly surprises me considering how quickly I received responses to earlier inquiries. I am guessing Rachel is out of the office or perhaps you've been quite busy. In any case, during the TGA Subcool Promo I purchased new LSD seeds, so although the first one I bought didn't germinate, I won't need another. I WOULD however still like to get a replacement for at least the Kandy Kush seed that I never received.

Rachel finally responded after a week and told me if i ordered AGAIN they would be sure to send the replacements. This is beginning to sound like a scam to me. My feeling is I shouldn't have to place yet another new order to get what I've already paid for, and at this point sure has hell don't want to spend more money with them til i get what is due me. Soooooo, SpeedySeedz now has a new customer and Attitude has one less.

i've has issues with them as well, not as bad as yours but yea. I'm going with nirvana or speedy from here on out.

ya i ordered from attitude as well. My CC numbers eventually were leaked and someone ran my CC thru the roof.

End of story, Never order from attitude and always use a VISA that is expendable.

I ordered thru Nirvana using a different card, a few weeks before the attitude order, and my CC numbers weren't stolen.

I have bought from them a few times with no problems, but I am also not a great fan of them from reading about their customer support.

From above, you mentioned the forbidden G word...GERMINATE. From my reading, stating that fact will get you into the "Sorry we can't help you list" as they will say they only sell souvenirs and not items to be germinated.

I think they have gotten big enough that they don't care if they loose customers here and there as they get a lot of free publicity on this and other sites and always get new customers.

this same thing happened with me I ordered kushberry got crumbs sent pics. However I did not place another order, I will never place another order with Attitude.

Maybe so, but if it doesn't germ and I wanna tell em about it, I'm not sure what the "code word" for germinate is. Besides it originally was a private email to them, AND even after mentioning the forbidden word "Rachel" still offered to help as long as I spent more money with them. Like that will ever happen again. So maybe they will get new customers from all the free publicity, but maybe this thread will stop a few too.

If The Attitude happens to read this thread they can also read that they have lost another good customer. I have spent well over 3 grand with them over 2009 and after I complained about some male plants that came from a pack of Easy Ryder fem seeds Rachel also assured me that if I placed another order to mention that I did not recieve seeds and I would get replacements. Well I did as she instructed me and recieved my order less the seeds she promised. So they will definately never recieve another dime from me. From now on its dopeseeds.com

yes i had a problem this time germinating a serious seed from the attitude didnt germinate no reply back im gonna use dr greenthumb or sannies?? do you think they has got old beans the attiturd :mrgreen:

I hate bad customer sercice. I order from www.simplycannabisseeds.com. They do single seeds like a few sits do now. They emailed me to say one wasn't in stock but would be in a couple of days (nice of them to let me know, better than most!) and hey presto, an email 2days later to say my seeds have been despatched.

Quality seeds too!

Worth a look guys!

I just ordered from DR Greenthumb and was very Happy other then fact there are no freebee seeds I was only shorted King Kush free seeds but did get 2 packs of Kandy Kush x skunk I guess as a replacement

I used them last year with a money order and it went smoothly. The only other bank that I've used was Gypsy Nirvana SeedBoutique. It went well also...but the package was not stealthy.

I am thinking of Hemp Depot or Speedy Seedz for next order.

My debit card was also hacked or leaked.....by someone overseas....don't know who yet as my bank is investigating. My bank actually caught it adn cut my card off before I even knew about it. A dead giveaway was a charge for "international" service......Yeah, I had ordered from attitude a few weeks prior and the freebies were left out.......they did replace them but I won't do attitude again.
Speedy and dope-seeds have been great....stealthy and live up to their rep.

My thoughts exactly about the G word. And they are big. Look at a high times mag, there's usually at least 2 full page ads from tude in every issue. For a lot of people, they're probably preceived as being 'the' seedbank, simply because they're the most visable.
 
Sorry to hear about your story man.... there's some shit companies out there.... i am pretty new at all this but i can certainly recommend http://www.sensibleseeds.com/ mainly cause they are the only ones i used!! Give them a try they seem to have some good reviews on some forums...
