They sent me a free order. I got an email for a tracking number for an old order (I've ordered since then). The next email they said I was being taken care of and thanked for my business! 4 or 5 emails exchanged by each of us and I notified them each time that I've never had an issue with my order and that I had received everything. This same order that they sent me twice is the one that got me entered into the mini iPad drawing back in January, which I won! I also won 18 seeds with the iPad mini. So I paid for an order, it was filled twice, got me entered into a raffle for an iPad mini and 18 more seeds that I won. Also got another free shirt with the free order.
