I ordered one hour after the promo started and then was contacted 2 days later letting me know one item was out of stock so they needed a replacement item. I sent them a e mail with my new order/item and then waited 21 days with no response. So I emailed Rachel (the tude) and let her know. She wrote back the following day with an apology and told me she would get those right in the mail. 5 days later I open my letter box and there was my package, with 10 extra beans/strains WOOT.

Auto's are no joke! My first time growing auto's (last year) was amazing! Organic grow and I still got 1-3 oz per auto and it was high grade MIDS.

I ordered 3 Positronics Claustrum seeds for the bd promo
received them and germed 2
1 is doing great the other grew a root but shriveled before it could get going
Soaked another but it was a dud
So germ'ed the free TH Seeds S.A.G.E.
It has sprouted
Now the amazingly good part...
I sent off an email to Positronics and informed them of what occurred including pics of the dud and the shrivel.
Positronics marks their containers with a seed lot number. And their containers are awesome as well...it is a little round tin with a marked air tight specimen container
Anyway they replied stating that they have an agreement with the Attitude for replacement of some sort.
Well having gone through this with the 'Tude and some Nirvana crap I figured it would go the same.
Nirvana: "take it up with the seller..."
'Tude: "Take it up with the breeder as they made the product not us"
Nirvana: "Well we cant do anything ...next time order direct form us"
MY REPLY TO NIRVANA: " Go fuck yourselves...you will never ever get another cent from me for your crappy ass second rate genetics products and horrible product backing. Money hungry pollen chunking assholes" I hope they could tell how I really felt
Well let me tell you to my pleasant surprise, with Positronics and the 'Tude this time, a completely different occurrence.
I sent the 'Tude copies of the emails between Positronics and I....
This am I receive an email from The Attitude stating that my order has been dispatched with a tracking number!!!!
Now that is one stand up breeder and props to the 'Tude as well for such quick handling....If this grows out to be the killer sativa dom I really like I will grow it again. And I also will try more of Positronics products with this awesome customer service and standing behind their products.
Nice to have this good service occur.
So the 'Tude rocks and Positronics has earned my business in the future for sure. I recommend that everyone check out their strains. Quality genetics and awesome product backing and customer service.
