Hi, im planning to grow in an attic, i have growing expierence but i cant grow in other spots so this is going to have to work.
Im planing to grow inside a 2x 2x 4 grow box in the attic. I will be using cfls becuase space is an issue and so is heat.
Im going to grow a mix of plants, jamaican, chocolate, ww, ice, and aurora indica.
My two problems are heat and freshair. A tiny issue i have is power all the power i use is coming from an outlet through an extension cord to to an surge protector. In my attic there is no windows no open spaces besides the opening to my attic which is covered up in my closet and the tiny vents that are near the end of the roof, but these dont bring enough air in. The average temperature during the day ranges from 90-105 in the hot summer days.. winter heat is not a problem only in summmer when its very hot. The attic is full of insulation.
As far as the freshair i was thinking to put bakingsoda vinegar wick systems in the gro box to create co2 or get a co2 tank ang get a valve and a timer. is there another and more effective way to solve this pproblem.
Also as far as heat goes i was thinking about moving the insulation near the grow box to the other side of the attic until winter comes and getting 2 big fans, and a little fan in the growbox. I cant steal ac from another room so, any suggestions are very much apreciated.
