Blood meal would help only if using pure Organics with no liquid nutes. Even doing this the blood meal takes time to be released into the soil. So the blood meal will not be broken down quick enough for your plants or not even broken down at all since using the liquid nutes all ready. Just get a balanced set of nutes with all the essentials and you'll be fine.
