Assisttance please? Need ID on this plant (pics)

Yes, my first time grow, I have seen other more mature male plants and am fairly the one in the pics is a male plant. Could one of you more experienced growers weigh in and help a n00b out?
As well, if it is confirmed male, get rid of it right away?

Thanks for the compliment on the pics. I finally got a better camera (figured it was a wise investment since I can post a good pic and get excellent advice from this site!).
I'm not so worried about it being male. It is a bag seed plant. Although am a little saddened it being my first grow and it is a nice sized plant. I will take another pic of it before I retire it later this evening.

I agree with Cr8z13. They are male. Rule of thumb to use is:-
Hairs = Female
Balls ( bannana looking thins ) = Male

Thanks again all. I have read and read about this, but it being my first male plant, wanted more experienced folk to put my reality in check...

I have a couple more suspect, but as well, have ID'd three females. I had twelve plants. Now down to 11 with those suspect males on the hit list!

damn dude, was that your only plant? It looks nice and healthy...too bad it was a dude. Why didn't you start more if it was bagseed?

Oh, I did, have two more bag seed plants, and nine more of three strains from seed I purchased off the net.

They started 12/12 five days ago. Like I said earlier, can already ID some females. If I get 50/50, I will be stoked (especially since I can spread out the herd a bit and let them soak up that 600w HPS!! lol
