Well to get a plant to finish budding and not be over 15" tall would mean you would have to put it into 12-12 at like 5-8" and then ya would have to keep in about a quart of soil so the roots don't get to big, and that would in turn hurt yield. In the end you would get about 1/4 ounce probably. But its also strain, light, and nutrient dependent. There is a lot of work to be done to have quality cannabis plants with good yield. I dont know if you are taking about a regular 60 watt incandecent bulb? cause those arent even for growing. CFL's can be used but ya need more than a 35 watt bulb. Again the flowering period is anywhere from 7-14 weeks depending on strain.
It looks like the seedling have nute burn. are ya giving them nutes, using miracle grow soil or miracle grow perlite?? Its almost neccessary to have a thermometer in the room near the canopy. Ya basically want to keep them far enough from the plants to have a temp of 78-80 at the canopy. It all depends on how well you ventilate/ or have an AC.
How damp you make the soil has no affect on the potency of nutes added. So if you didnt add any nutes, there shouldnt be any to worry about anyway. Ya def don't want to overwater though, let the soil get fairly dry and cracky before ya water. Does the soil ya used come with any nutes in it? It would say, fertalized for the forst 3 months or something. Plus if ya have a bunch of others that are fine, it coiuld be just a sickly plant, not every seedling makes it.
Ya def wanna use PH'd water at 6.8-7.0. Bottled water and RO water usually have this ph if ya cant measure it yourself and adjust it.
A 2 litre bottle is 67.62 ounces.Just gotta do the math after that.
