Maybe so.
Met a dea agent 20 yrs or more ago at a Denny's early morning breakfast.
He was telling me about his job and couldn't wait to retire.( I am in so cal ,so I look at everyone as bullshit artist.
He was sent to county sheriff dept and police dept . Training on how to go after drug dealers by following users to mule to low level dealers .
Than he made a point to tell me that it was a waste of time , because everytime they get to the top dealers the real movers they get taken away to go to another so called hot spot . ALWAYS LETTING THE TOP DOGS GET AWAY.
I have wasted way to much time staying with in the so called law ,just to have them more the line in just a little tighter each and every time.
IT IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE A PLANT IS ILLEGAL.
JUST BECAUSE IT IS A LAW DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.

The law itself is the real criminal. It doesn't matter how much or how many times a person grows or transacts in marijuana. What matters is all parties to the transaction consent to the interaction and no parties suffer actual harm or are victims of fraud etc.

Federal laws were instituted to maintain control over otherwise peaceful people and to ensure the "right people" benefit from the law.

Fuck all forms of prohibition, they are rationalizations for some parties to use the force of government to harm other peaceful people.
Their is NO justification to intervene in the affairs of peaceful people over weed, those that do are criminals acting under color of bullshit laws.
