hi everyone,

This plant is about a month old. I recently chopped the bottom branches to make cuttings... so it might be stress?

the soil is biobizz allmix with addition of some bat guano and worm humous. (not much)

I didnt feed the plant until about a week ago, and started it on 2ml/liter of biobizz organic grow.

I thought it was a N deficiency but it seems to still grow out faded yellow tops after i started feeding...any ideas?

ps. the plant was bent about a week ago too because it was getting too tall (maybe stress again)?

As long as you have dark green fan leaves you should be ok. The younger ones will darken up once they get bigger. Looks like you are doing some lst? I started flowering at 24", 3 weeks later it is over 6'. I am using a 4 gal container, same soil.

watch the GHS strawberry haze... Stretches like a mutha f'er!!! Do not feed it heavy. VERY FUSSY DURING FLOWERING!!!! TRUST ME! Your best bet is a good organic mix like the TGA Super Soil and no nutes at all. Week 3-6ish of flowering all hell broke loose on all 3 of the 4 phenos I grew out. The 4th hermied. Took an eternity to finish as well. You get what you pay for with GHS, smoke was ok... kinda like every other haze they have.

what's ghs? guys everyone has different terms for different stuff so just write out the full word the first time around? lol.

thanks for the tips, but to be honest, you're the first person to claim all these issues with arjan's strawberry. i have mates who grew it and the results were amazing. you're right that it grows super fast and tall. but that's not an issue, just bend the shitz out of it...

Yes The Green House Seed Company... :-?
The Alaskan Ice was fussy as well! I have grown out from (G.H.S.) tHE ChurCh, Big bANg, StraWBERRy hAZe, AlasKan iCe, kINgs kUSh (currently going) and my all time FAVORITE of all of their stuff, Great White Shark... I would highly reccomend it to any of you! Just a wonderful strain. It is my favorite Indica of all time. What a hammering body stone. Hard core couchlock that will seriously leave you saying OMG! I was not trying to discourage you. Good luck w/your haze bro. As you can see it's not my 1st rodeo and I can tell you for sure, It's strechy and fussy.

Low Stress Training. From what I can gather it is used for keeping a plant low and/or to make lower branches get good light. *edit* Plays on tissue memory.

As far as the new shoots being yellowish. I've never worried too much about it. Could be they haven't started to produce chlorophyll. I've seen it happen before and seeing as everything else was green and they turned green as they grew I didn't take much concern. :joint:

i have my strawberry haze sprouting now and im going to put it outside so i know that its going to be a huge bush. Just keep in mind LST ( low stress trainging ) bend the top over and dont be affraid to trim it up. looking forward to this fall!

agreed, this happened to me with Arjan's super haze #2. It took off like a mofo and is now growing sideways because it's now almost 7 feet tall! Good thing she's filling out, although VERY slowly...As soon as I repotted her into a 5 gal with nothing but organics she settled right down and is now bulking up with no noticable vertical growth...thank god cuz I didn't want to cut a hole in the ceiling!!!

I found in some research that the middle of the cola being lighter then the rest of everything is a sign of temperature fluxuation (too fast)

*edit* I don't know that it means anything negative. I've seen many plants do that sort of thing. I think it may stunt growth at best.
