has anyone grown this one before? im about 5 weeks into flowering, and the buds are all there, yet i dont smell anything. i mostly just smell really earthy, piny plant smell. im expecting them to finish in about another 3-4 weeks, does the smell really kick in then? should I start working on a carbon filter, or do some strains just not really smell like a skunk died?

I dont know about this peticular strain, but Arjan's ultra haze can take up to 14 weeks to finish, so i wouldnt get too attached to that 8-9 week finish. Its true that some strains dont have much of a smell, but im pretty sure you'll smell it before time is up.

Apparently the smell comes within the next week or two. I dont know if this is true or if were just growin some bunk shit, lol, but i got my hopes up. I know it isnt recommended to do this, but pinch or rub one of your buds for a minute n then smell it. Does it smell like some killer then?? when i did that to mine, it smelled like some fuckin skunky shit, n i told the dude that asked ME, n he said ill be fine, just to wait it out n itll start stinkin.
Im about to get into week 4 myself, and my buds dont smell at all either, but like i said, if i pinch the bud or rub it for a second, it gives off that sweet chronic stink that im lookin for. try it on one bud for yourself...

probably do it this weekendactually, i might not do the whole carbon filter thing. i just pinched the bud, and it smelled so fragrant. it was like a mix between the great scent of pine sol, and lemon. wait, they do make a lemon pine sol.
anyway, if what i smelled is how it will smell in the future, i think i might just let it "stink" up my room, because it doesnt remind me of a skunky weed smell at all. can anyone verify if this is a safe assumption, or do you think the smell could change?

Im about 7 weeks into flower and they smell very fragrent and sweet like candy....its not skunky or overpowering at all....no filter in my room
