well i just bought a vapor brothers from Herbal Vaporizers & Vaporizer Accessories @ VaporOutlet.com and they gave me a 10% off coupon code xbox so i could get that 10% off anything in the store so like i said i bought the vapor brothers vape and it makes the weed taste like it smells and makes regular weed taste like chronic and basically makes chronic taste like god so if your looking to buy a vape do it you will not regret it i would say the vapor brothers is the best for the money but if you have the money i would get the volcano digit

lol, I'm not spamming dude. I'm legitimately interested in this vaporizer. I have nothing to do with the manufacturer or retailers. If someone has a suggestion for another vape I'd be interested in hearing from them. This one caught my eye because it allows you to use the bag or the whip and since I've never used a vaporizer before I'd like to keep my options open.

That's what I got. I love it. Only problem is, the shite's so smooth you fecking smoke your arse off and get way fecked up. I still roll a bone and the pipe and bong.

ive had a volcano for over a year now. . and all i got to say is ive hardly touched my roor, and that shit is smooth for a bong. i dont think anything is as good as the volcano (just my opinion), the parts are made really well, and are easy to clean. . and the balloon with mouthpiece works better than you would think. better than whips. but yeah.. you tend to smoke more becuase if you have bomb dank.. the flavor is just how it smells!! i would just get a regular one and not the digi if thats the one thats $700. .

I know Volcano is the most popular vaporizer but it's $700 here in Canada. I was looking at The Extreme because it looks like a nice piece of equipment and costs only $280 CDN. Someone else mentioned it on this thread earlier. Has anyone else used this? Here is a youtube video about it:

YouTube - EXTREME Part 1

YouTube - EXTREME Part 2

That would be me :-)

I love mine. I used the VB Brothers vaporizor as my first vape and outgrew that one really quickly. I was then looking at the next step up and it seemed like there was a major jump in cost from the box & whip to a balloon style vape. After some research I found the Extreme. I got it and absolutely love it. They thought of everything with the Extreme and it's really good quality. I have to say that the tech support is incredibly good. I was trying to find the best settings for mine and decided to e-mail them. They got back to me in about 15 minutes with everything I needed to know. They always get back to me quickly when I e-mail them. They're really cool over there. And, every time I order a part from them they send me extra stuff.

Also, this one has a battery pack that you can purchase. It's supposed to last for 12 bags! Perfect for camping. However, you can easily build a cord to plug into a car cigarette lighter. They use a standard dc plug end for the power.

Anyways, I've been using mine for about 3 months and couldn't be happier. BUT, I haven't tried the Volcano or any of the others so I couldn't really say if one is better than the other. It is a few hundred $$$ less than the Volcano though, so that's probably going to play a big part in whether someone buys the Volcano or the Extreme.

Oh yeah, I'm not spamming either :-) I'm just writing about my experience in case anyone's researching these and wants some opinions on how this particular one works. If I found that the Volcano works better for me I would write that as well.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I`m leaning heavily toward the Extreme and the price is a big issue. The $700 is for the Classic, unfortunately. The recent change in exchange rate is killing us for buying products from the US. I like everything I`ve read about the Extreme so far except that it doesn`t have the reputation of the Volcano.

Edit: I just realized why I can get the Extreme for such a good price. It`s a Canadian product. I should have noticed that before.

Don't worry, you will be extremely (no pun intended) happy with the Extreme. I don't think I would have bought mine if I didn't think it was going to work as well as the Volcano. The remote, believe it or not, is great and the digital control will let you dial in exactly where you need to be. You would not believe how handy that thing is.

So, since you're getting that one I'll try and save you some time by telling you what works for me. Hopefully it'll get you close to where you want to be...

Get a grinder at your local head shop and grind (but don't pulverize) some buds.

Fill the bowl about 1/2 to 3/4 the way up in the visible part of the bowl. It's better if the weed is a little dryer.

Set the vape at 225c and put either the whip or the mini-whip for the balloon on the bowl.

Let it heat up for 3 - 5 minutes. The vape will get up to temp really quickly, but if you let the weed sit in the bowl for a few minutes, it'll act like it's in an oven and heat the weed up.

Put the fan on 3. If you're filling a balloon, step up the temp (there's a 5 degree +/- on the remote) a little at a time while it's filling. At the very end I have mine up to 250c.

Careful not to burn it. It sucks when your stuff combusts.

Make sure you don't leave the weed too loose in the bowl and don't pack it down too much. I use my pinky to barely press down the top to keep the loose stuff from clogging the screen.

This thing it really easy to use. Just play around with it until you dial in your settings.

Hopes this helps get you started.

Too funny. I thought that was the main reason you had found out about it :-) Down here, the digi Volcano was running about $600. I got the Extreme (which is digital already) for $300.

those are a few examples of why the volcano is the superior vaporizer. . yes its more expensive, but believe me. . im not rich by any means, but i love my mary jane and want to smoke the best shit out of the best shit so i invested a little more. . and couldnt be happier. . the volcano will never conbust or burn your weed. . simple pre heat butting. . simple fan button to fill the balloon. . big heavy duty chamber to pack your sticky icky. . all the parts are really top of the line quality and easy to clean making it look brand spankin new every time. . plus a 5 year warranty.. the volcano would not sell for so much. . and for such a long time if it doesnt have the preformance to back it up. . trust me. . its been over a year. . and i could care less where those extra hundred bucks went i have a volcano!! by the way .. i chose the volcano over the vapezilla. .

I'd really like to try one to see how it compares to the Extreme. If anyone out there has tried both, please post your comments. I love the Extreme but I only have the VB Brothers box to compare it to.

I wonder if the hits are any better? As far as maintenance, the Extreme is pretty easy to maintain. All the parts are very high quality and fit together perfectly. The glass is pyrex so it's strong.

The heater has a lifetime warranty and I think the rest of the unit is two years.

I don't think anyone getting the Extreme will be disappointed at all (in fact I think most people would be fairly impressed by it given the cost). Some people may think the Volcano is the best, and there's good reason. But, like me, you really can't say that the Volcano is better than the Extreme because you haven't tried both. There are things about the Extreme that I love so much that I probably couldn't give it up because of them.

To all you Volcano lovers out there, I'm not bashing your vape so please don't start getting in an uproar :-) I know it's a great vaporizor, but for someone who wants something way better than a simple box, something digital, something with a whip, some balloons, remote, lots of high quality glass, lots of extras, great tech support, but doesn't want to invest around $600 for something they can't try, this is by far the best middle of the road vape that probably gives the same hits as the Volcano.

oh wow, this really does sound like an extreme infomercial. . its all good, i bet it is a very good vap. . ive never used it personally so all i have to go off of is my research.. and you are right if you want a middle of the road vape go ahead and try the extreme, but if you want top of the line engineering. . go with the volcano. . i gaurantee that the smoke will not be the same.. ive already found things online about the temps being off on the extreme due to the different fan speeds. . temp control is everything for a good vape. . they are just in a different league. . sorry buddy.. what about parts? is it easy to obtain spare parts for the extreme? as far as tech support. . dont need them... well havnet needed them yet. . almost 2 years. .

I hear ya. I'm going to have to try the Volcano. See what all the hype's about :-)

PS: The temp problem was supposedly fixed. I heard about that as well. The one I got was the newer one.

Yes, parts are very easy to obtain and they arrive very quickly (I have put in orders and gotten parts three days later).

Well, I ordered The Extreme. I couldn't resist the price. I got it for $250 Canadian with free shipping from Ebay. Thanks for the additional Info JSB. I'm glad to hear from you too waldocat. I want to hear what others think. It would be good to hear from somebody that has tried both vapes.

Well now that you bought the Extreme who cares? You'll be very satisfied with it and won't need to buy another vape for quite some time. Vape on brother.......

I just bought a vapor tower about two weeks ago. It is really simple and vapes perfect I really like it. It is nice how the weed is kept between two screens in the whip. It warms up fast, tastes clean, and produces lots of thick vapor. I like the looks too, I can leave it out on my nightstand and nobody knows what it is.
I had a voodoo vape in the past but I got rid of it. It was annoying and sounded like a small vacuum cleaner.

Old thread coming back
I really like your vape though Kilo, I like the fan and remote so you can do vapor blasts.

No problem :-)

Yeah, I just tried this thing out and now I've got a bit of a buzz on. I only used some dead leaves off of my White Widow plants and I'm surprised it actually had any effect at all. I really like this thing. It's weird to get just the vapour and no smoke. I just used the manual whip and there seems to be a sweet spot for inhaling where the vapour has a stronger taste. I have trouble with anxiety and I think vaping will really help.

Wait until you get some fresh stuff. The taste is really good (especially if you get one of the blueberry strains...which I'm still wanting to try). Even the regular buds have a really good taste to them compared to smoke (IMO).

When using the whip, make sure you turn the fan on high and even with that, suck a little. You'll get a huge hit.

But, as you use it more you'll find that the balloon is just so much better. It averages out the hits so you don't go from heavy in the beginning to weak as you take more hits. Plus, you can walk around with it.

Anyways, glad to hear it's working for you. I ran out of my fresh stuff (about 2 weeks from first harvest) so I rehydrated the leftovers and I smoke them.

Oh yeah, make sure you don't throw your leftovers away. You can smoke them and you'll get a good high (kind of narcotic IMO). What I did was pour a little water into my container and shook it up. I then left the lid off for about a week and I would shake it vigorously once a day (with the lid on of course). After about a week it was a little moist and fluffy. I then filled my bong with ice and smoked it that way. The ice cools it down quite a bit and takes some of the harshness out. I also tried re-vaping last night and was able to fill a balloon with no problem. I was buzzed already so I don't know how much more buzzed it got me, but it seemed to have some affect.

You can also make butter out of it, but I found that the food containing the butter has an "earthy" flavor...and by "earthy", I mean pot...and that just doesn't taste all that great. There's probably someone out there with a good recipe though.

okay, talked long enough :-)

One more thing: I have anxiety as well and it really helps. I find that I can get way more baked with the vaporizor without having that "too baked" feeling and it makes me much more social and much less anxious.

I've experimented and found you start to get a more noticeable vapor ie smoke when I turn it up some. Example, if at 220 the only way I can tell I'm smoking is cause I'm getting baked, but, if I put it at 260 say, I start to fecking cough and shite.
