Been getting my weed from mostly the same source for last few years. I buy from a wholesaler who mostly sells to dealers. I know the guy (he is my "brother") and his is better than most I have tried in the area.
I mainly decided to grow to save some coin and not have to depend on anybody else. This is my first grow.
Well couple of weeks ago I had some lower buds that got their stems broke. This is on a couple NL. So I saved them and dried them. They are not fully filled out and mostly I just wanted to see how it would dry.
I didn't really expect much when I decided to try smoking them.
Holy Fuck...............
I usually smoke about 3 bowls a night over about two hour period. I suffer from insomnia and chronic pain.
This shit is like one bowl and you are stupid. I actually backed off the second night because I didn't want to be that fucked up.
Now I chopped over the weekend. These are nice buds with two more weeks on them. Probably will jar tomorrow.
Did this happen to most of you the first time you grew? I want to feel some pride about what I grew but I'm wondering if that just means that the stuff around here is crap weed. I know it's Mexican.
I guess either way I'm happy I made the decision to grow. Really looking forward to having some that's got a cure on it!
