LOl, I just read something the other day that says RAP stands for Retards Attempting Poetry ANYWAYS, my awnser is, IMO, YES

Yeah i started playing guitar about a year and a half ago. ever since i can remember i have been OBSESSED with music. i listen to it all day every day lol, different kinds of music too!
Pink floyd, Avenged Sevenfold (favorite band), Bullet for my valentine (another favorite), Guns n roses, papa roach, rise against, jimi hendrix, john mayer (very good to listen to stoned), and it goes onn.... heh
Avenged sevenfold is an incredible band, unfortunately just lost their drummer to "natural causes" , who was an incredible writer (wrote their song "Afterlife"). Their latest album was release a day ago its amazing. the lead guitarist "Synyster Gates" is a FUCKING LEGEND! after hearing his solos and style i wanted to learn guitar! "Seize the day" solo being one of the first things i went ahead to learn!

unfortunately i dont have much money for lessons, because i would really like to learn some more theory to help with song writing! ill be going to univercity in a year or so and hope to build a band there!

i have a guitar and an accordion.
i can play bass, but not great. and drums pretty ok, i can do some jazz and blues and medium stuff like that.
heavy metal drummers are superawesome.

I am originally from Louisiana and also play the "Cajun Accordion" which in reality was actually German styled and made but used by the Acadians for their music...

i've taught myself guitar and bass, and am alright at them both. not some pure genius but not bad.
i used to learn the saxophone when i was a kid but haven't played in years, same with drumkit.

[don't laugh] also play the bagpipes, pretty serious, played them for like 14 years, all over the world, hundreds of different competitions, world band championships etc etc. it's not the same as normal music but yeah. it's a passion!

I play the saxophone.

Haven't played regularly for several years though.

I'd like to learn to play guitar.

I was in a pop punk band and i play synth, keyboards, ukulele, guitar, mandolin, and some banjo (i love me some bluegrass)
