This ugly cola grew straight into a cob light, hugging it, and suffered some light damage.
I moved it to the side and it just grew past the cob.
This and only this leave has developed what looks like a huge bulbous trichome. It has no stalk.
There are 5 or 6 scattered on the leaf and the largest measures 1.2mm!!!! I pulled out the caliper.
These are not water droplets. I don't spray, ever. I punctured it with the caliper because I'm an idiot and it was sticky and stretched to the caliper.
Check out the "Normal" trichomes on the same and neighboring leaf.
I turned the leaf over and found an amber one measuring 0.6mm. Punctured that one too because I just could help myself and measure.
Could have had some nice dabs..
All photos were taken with my cell phone camera. No microscopes.
Are these really trichomes?
