Are they ready to harvest?

This is my first time growing. The strain is quick one from RQ seeds. I just want to know if and when I should be harvesting these, I know it's not a lot, and I know they're in pretty rough shape, but I'm glad I'll be able to get anything at all from it for my first time.

How long since the flip to 12/12? Looka like you still have quite a few white pistils, among the ambers. Is there any amber tint to the trichomes (crystals) that u can see with your naked eye?

I’m a first time grower too, but from what I’ve read you need to look at the pistols to see if most are brown and also use a jewelers loop to look at the trichomes( mushroom shaped resin glands) that are on the buds and leaves. If the trichomes are milky looking that’s when you should harvest. I’m no expert on this but I saw you didn’t have any replies yet so thought I would just let you know if you didn’t already.
 
Oh man :( Could we get more info about this grow ? And no, your nowhere close yet. Post another pic in 3-4 weeks.
