Hello ozzy, , I can see burned tips, it is a little nutrient burn, you need to reduce a+b back to 0.5ml/l for a week or so. Can you upload full size picture of both plants
Hiya, So adding a boost could not caused it? Those spots are like dark red/purple only on the edges. 0.5ml/l seems to be not really much for that old plant? Thanks JohnyHello ozzy, , I can see burned tips, it is a little nutrient burn, you need to reduce a+b back to 0.5ml/l for a week or so. Can you upload full size picture of both plants
Plants are growing about 1cm a day in height. Tomorrow is a feed day so I will reduce the dose on one of the plants and let's see.Ozzy I know from my experience autos don't like nutrients, also well known member in the post above mentioned it too. I also know that canna coco has perfect ratio of NPK thus if there was a deficiency it would be multiple and growth would be stunted. I can see a good progress and a healthy colour, if not including this odd spots and burned tips your plants are very healthy which is why I dont think it can be deficiency, but for sure there is always a little chance that I am wrong. You can always try both ways as you have two plants, this would be great educational experience.[/Q
When you give plain water pH must be 5.8 too, 6.5 too alkaline for coco, and phosphoric acid is perfectly fine to correct the pH. Now it's obvious that all this spots are coming from pH fluctuation. I am sure I did mention in one of my posts about always keeping pH at 5.8.Hi Johny,
Info:
Ph of nutes is 5.8 most of the times.
Ph of plain water is 6.5 from last few days.
temperatures in tent are vary as this is loft grow so between 14 to 33 celsius. Humidity is quite a big range as well.
When I water I do only once a day until will get around 30% run off. And usually is between 800ml and 1l each plant. Temperature of water is depend what temperature is on the loft and yesterday water was 15 celsius. Before I was not checking. Ph of run off yesterday was around 6.2. And colour always seems to be darker than the water coming in.
I do have tds meter but used only once to check ppm of my tap water and it was around 90.
Nutes as we said plus 0.25ml/L of magne cal and last 2 feeding gave them a boost 0.5ml/L
For ph down I use liquid from company called growth technology phosphoric acid 81%. Did I missed anything? Photos shortly
Thanks Johny

Warping it in the towel will only keep it cold for longer, you just need to keep your water in the room that is about 20 degrees. What are air stones I have never heard about them. What do you mean by air pump as well buddy? I keep my water in the bottles so it is difficult to add there anything. I can try to wrap bottles in something to make sure that they are never that cold.
Quite funny coz I had it in the tent today for the very first timeYou can keep it in your tent, just don't let any light to get in the water.
wow unexpected reading, than you better increase your a+b to 1ml/l ) And keep on recording the readings mateAnd also the plant on the left is flowering much less than the other one. Photo of the run off from last few days attached. Seems to be always much darker that thae water coming in. Just watered the sick plant and ppm coming in was 445 and run off is 185.
