Are they looking big enough for ! Month old?!

Take a look at these plants... Amazingly the 4 bigger ones are all 1 month old but i cant figure out why a couple r smaller, The other 2 small ones u can see almost shrivling at the bottom are about 3 weeks..

Are they looking normal?
Any info wud be appreciated..

By the way im using a 400w philips MASTER SON-T PIA PLUS Bulb and im currently on 18-6...
Only using root juice..

the big ones look about right to me but there are so many variables and sometimes there is just runts, plain and simple.

are they all the same strain?

Nope there mixed seeds ive picked up from weed that ive bought...
i kno the biggest one is thai weed.. shud be nice but there not femenized so im jus relying on luck..
And the 2 smaller ones reely havent grown at all for about a week and one of them is dying.. dont have a clue why tho any ideas?

IMHO they look pretty small for 4 weeks.

I'm no expert, but I think they should be around 10" at 4 weeks old. Only one grow so far, but that's what mine were.

Really? well the biggest one is definately a month old... its seems to be getting fat but not tall... it doesnt meen ill be getting a smaller yield does it? i meen i thought 400w was ment to be ideal for vegetation...

what soil are u usin?do u have perlite in it or something ?

Your yield will be fine, and 400w is plenty to veg with but is your space 3'x3' like it should be with a 400?

Do you keep the 400 down low enough on the plants to really use it right? If that height is how it normally is you're using it all wrong, should be maybe 12" from the plants after you put a fan blowing on the tops of the plants and the bulb. No fan, more like 16" but you aren't supposed to grow without a good fan blowing the tops of the plants anyway.

I think they look just about right given your experience level.

I didnt put it at 12''/30cm because a couple of the plants still arent very big so i was afraid to burn them..yes i have a fan.. the light is about 45cm above the biggest plants nd im guessing around 50/55cm from the small ones.

But ill do as you say and put it right down to 12'' above the biggest thatll meen it will be around 16 inches above the smallest.


And its jus normal soil with these nute pebbles mixed in. The soil was previously used on an outdoor plant, so it has bits of roots and stuff in it.

Put something underneath your smaller ones so that their tops are at the same height as the big ones.
