are they dead???

I know e pic is bad but what should i be doing at this point in time.

I have a 600w hps. should i be keeping it on them 24hrs a day???

you baking them the hps is drying out your rockwool. try this go get a cheap flo or cfl and use it on them till they got like 2-3 pairs of leave then use the hps as far as watering it depends what kinda hydro system u are running i would suggess=t weighing your rockwool when its wet, and when its almsot dry. that will give u a better scale on when to water.

ya i was just trying to avoid going to getting another system w cfls. although i know that i am gonna need to.

They are sretched way bad too. Looks like not enough light or moisture and too much heat...

VERY bad stretched.. next time maby start out the grow with a couple small CFL you might be able to bring those back with a couple sticks holding them up but they are pretty stretched out lol.
